Dude from England here. First bought this bag a week and 1\2 now.. initially got to excited chucked everything in and couldn't move the bag, after trimming the fat I can say this bag is plumber\Gasman certified. Best bag yet

That is the first bag I can honestly say I like outside of the Veto brand. Veto sat the Bar High, and it is good to see another company join that standard of quality.

Both bag types are good but they need to make a bag that has all individual pockets for one screw drive or one pair of pliers and a cover on a closed bag that has a holder for a 9 piece wrench set. The big pockets are ok but if you pull out a pair of pliers the rest usually fall over and you need to move them to put the other pair back. I do hvac and that includes oil and gas equipment
So I clicked on this video because the title and was ready to trash talk it for being compared to veto, but this bag looks amazing. I am very interested to see if it holds up.
Nice bag, they have nice looking backpacks on their site too. However, they don't have the variety of Veto yet... And the shipping pushes the price point too high, it the shipping worth it? Veto has free shipping, price you see is what you pay.
I'm not convinced, will be looking forward to a follow up video though after you've used it some. It looks like you're sacrificing too much tool storage to make up for that middle bay. I've been using the tech xl for a year now and dedicate half of the "tech" side to bins and it works well for me, wouldn't want to sacrifice any more tool storage for parts as I've already got packout bins for that and I love and need all of my tools with me! Hope it works out for you, looks well made with some nice features. Hope the warranty has you covered too!
Hello! Well, I’ve emptied the Veto, and populated the Velocity. Everything that was in the Veto fits perfectly and seems organized a bit better. Still have room for more. Have a good one!
I like to keep an open mind about this velocity bag but I'm a big veto Tech XL fan. I have the XL too and both are nags are loaded and serve my purposes very well. My XL is over 7 years old. You cant pack everything in these bags if youre creative you get most of the essential handtools and maybe a few powertools 12 volt in them.
You said in your video that you switched from an XXLF. Thats not a tech series bag from Veto. You would have had basically the exact bag in a tech XLT. The bag in this video is a copy of a veto that was out many years before this bag. They even copied the handle. Its pretty dirty that this "V" elocity company made this obvious copy of a Veto. Its a shame that we as people are ok with the outright theft of a man's ideas.
it looks good, I do agree that veto bags lean more towards hvac techs. Im curently working out of 2 veto's now. Tech xlt laptop seiries, and the smaller tech mc. I like the center storage of the velocity bag alot. I use the center storage of the veto laptop bag for zip ties and small parts organizers, its been working for me ok but i am ordering a velocity TODAY!!!
