He took people up on the stage with him and sang to them. Went at talked to a 5 year old girl in the front row, walked through the crowd. It was amazing.
He is such an awesome person, from everything he does from inspiring people of all ages to making an impact in world hunger. If we had more people like him that would stop being selfish and want to make a difference this world would be so much better. Thank you Josh Groban for being such an inspiration to us all. He states it affects everyone in every walk of life. It's importance to seek help. I respectfully love this young man. In helping others

No um.. What I think he/she meant was that because Andrea Bocelli is such a great and the best at Opera, the fact that Josh Groban was chosen to fill in Andrea's spot when he was sick meant that Josh Groban is one of the best in Opera as well.
