【エンスーの杜】1991年式 ホンダ プレリュードSi 4WS Honda Prelude Si

今回ご紹介するのはホンダプレリュードSiになります。
バブル期に一世を風靡して若者たちのステータスにもなった車の代表格ですね。特にこの４WS仕様車のテレビCMには当時驚かされた記憶があります。動画に4WSの動作時も収めてありますのでどうぞご覧になってみて下さい。
また、現在のABS（アンチロック・ブレーキ・システム）が国産車で初めて採用されたのもこのプレリュードからでした。当時はALB（アンチ・ロック・ブレーキ）という名称で呼ばれていました。
取材時に見て感じたのはやはり時代を超えても「カッコいいものはカッコいい」という事です。
当時、皆が憧れたあの極端に低いスタイルにリトラクタブルライト、そしてなんとも都会的なリアスタイル、これに尽きますね。

懐かしい。　紺の１９８８年式でＳＩ４ＷＳに乗っていました。元気に１２万キロまで乗って、クロカン４ＷＤブームでパジェロに乗り換えました。売ったプレリュードは、その店の店員さんが大事に乗っていました。

あえて純正のリアスポイラーではなく小型のリップスポイラーというチョイスがいいですね 私も前期のプレステージ・ブラック Ｓｉ に乗っていました ＶＴＥＣエンジンを搭載した走りのグレードも作って欲しかった❗️２代目・３代目は結局、最後までイメージ先行でしたね 私は後にプレリュード最大のライバルとされたＳ１３シルビアのターボにも乗ったのです・・

MT乗ってました、いま見ると更に美しく感じますな ダッシュボードの物置スペースはやっぱりいいなあ エアバッグのお陰でいまは難しいのかなあ もう一度乗りたいよー

3代目プレリュードは個人的には、マイナーチェンジ前のテールランプとフロントのウィンカーの方が好きでした。
シルビアと比べてこの時期のプレリュードは見ないですね。下手に所有すると整備費が大変そう。

si TCVと価格が逆転してしまうという
TCVは何故かエクセーヌ内装が選べなかった
