Yes! If I started a keychain with, for example, 9 strings, I would cut 5 base strings, fold them in half, and then add them to the key ring to make 10 base strings. Then, knot the two left strings together as if they were one string. Keep doing that throughout the keychain, making sure you are knotting those same two strings together as one. When you tie it off, still pretend those two strings are one. Hope this helps! 😄
Make sure to tie the ties extra tight. If you still worry about them falling apart, try putting clear nail polish on top of the ties to keep it secure, and to be sure it doesn’t fall out.
Hi! I would do the technique I showed you with the keychains, except do multiple for the wall hanging. Basically, split it into four groups, and then split each four into two, whereas you would start the knotting process for the ending. If this is confusing, there are tutorials on BB. 😁
It depends, but I typically cut my base strings from my hand to my elbow and fold them in half. As for my background color to start the pattern off, I measure about a wingspan. It depends on how much your going to need of each color for the actual pattern.
This was super helpful! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this. Great job! (~Fuzzy Fox from BB)
I’m very glad it helped! Thank you!! 😁
@@kraftkrazy do you usually include your leading string when you finish off your keychains?

So helpful!! One question, what do you do with your background string at the end? I feel if I just cut it off it’ll all fall apart

Quantos metros são de barbante e quantos são para colocar na base do chaveiro.
