Thank you. I just turned 57, watched this video, ordered two packs and recruited a neighbor. Truly game changing. Taking off the peach fuzz makes my face look like I'm wearing pore filler. It takes so little time and worth every minute. Fabulous! Again, thank you for the reminder.
oh my goodness- you are the BEST to take one for the team and do this video. I often wonder what I'd do with all of my free time, if I didn't have daily girly work to care for (shaving the face, legs, brows, nose hairs, self tan, exfoliate, skin care, nails, .....the list is endless). My friends and I have a pact that if ever any of us are in a coma, we will be sure to shave each others' faces and brows. :)

i'm a bit late here, but as a girl who does none of the things you listed (okay, i shave my legs and pluck my eyebrows and do some basic skin care), i feel the need to inform you, that i use my free time for meeting friends, watching tv shows, and playing games.

I'm in my mid 50's and never had much facial hair except thick brows to contend with. I was driving to work 2 years ago and looked in the rear view mirror and saw one long black hair curled and I almost drove off the road it shocked me so much. LOL Its the only one that comes back like it grows overnight and I'm on estrogen only replacement therapy for 20 years. It does make a huge difference though to get pech fuzz off for makeup application. In the sunlight you definitely can see it and it drives me nuts to see it on other women in the sun. My mother I remember in her 50's had many areas of long curly black hairs but she was not on hormone replacement and she never would remove it. Drove me nuts.
You are awesome! I am so thankful that I found you. I watched your bra video and ordered two of those today. I have been wearing the SOMA vanishing back bras that keep your back fat from bulging. They are great for shaping and hiding nipples but they are really heavy feeling and hot during the summer months. Mine are beginning to wear out so I am in need of new bras and so I have ordered the ones you suggested. This video is awesome about the face shaving. I am a blonde and never noticed the hairs around my mouth, like a mustache, and my stylist told me one day that I needed a waxing. She waxed my eyebrow area and my mustache and it felt horrible!!!! Some of the skin around my eyebrows actually pulled off!!! She didn't notice but I did later that day...ouch! I am now thinking I will try shaving! You are great about putting it all "out there." Love your videos!

Hi Tracy! I really appreciate your open honesty is being true to what most women go through, but are way to embarrassed to talk about openly even with their friends. I am half Italian a d that came with dark facial hair on my face . I remember in middle school trying to hide the fact that I bleached my mustache even from my family. I felt unattractive because of my facial hair. I have been shaving g my mustache for years now , my husband does not even know that I do it. Never told him because I have always been embarrassed by it I thank you for taking away my shame. I am free!!!!
Face shaving i just started about 3-4 years ago. Always tweezed my long black straggler hair or my facialist did. Contrary to to the myth, shaving does NOT encourage growth to a beard. It may seem fuller only because the hair is blunt cut and grows back at the same time. You would have this hair with or without shaving it. Having done professional facial on clients (NYS licensed cosmetologist ) just wanted to address some of the fear and myths about shaving face, legs, etc. and at age 61 3/4 I know it to be true. Kudos to you Tracy for sharing and enlightening/empowering women . 💕

As someone with PCOS, I am very fearful of delving into this. I have peach fuzz but I also have the dark, coarse hairs that rival mens' facial hair. I've had to go to a threading salon to have my entire face and neck threaded every week, only to realize I would have to get a raise to pay for this procedure. I stopped so now I resort to plucking. It's free, I can do it anytime, anywhere.

I completely agree that blonde peach fuzz is v-e-r-y noticeable, especially in natural daylight. That is what I have so I've been shaving for years. But now, the aging process has brought very dark, almost black, hairs scattered around the chin & upper lip line, about 10 of them, plus one white one. I've read that tweezing actually makes the follicle stronger as compensation for the trauma of plucking, almost like a repair response. Have you looked into electrolysis, as I'm wondering about it just for the darker hairs?

I use and electric one from Ulta. It was $35 but it get a close shave! Love it! I CANNOT get a wax or I breakout and that looks worse than the peach fuzz in the first place lol

Hello Tracey, I've been watching a few different tutorials on face shaving. It's interesting that I read in a couple of places, a good number of years ago that Elizabeth Taylor would shave her face too. I think it stated she would 'drag a razor over her face daily.' I think if it is good enough for you and Liz, then it should be good for the rest of us ladies as well. Thanks! 😘
I'll be 57 in August. Thank you, thank you. I stopped wearing make up because it looked so bad with all the peach fuzz. I was a closet shaver using my husband's beard trimmer when no one was around. Even with that the make-up just didn't look good. I bought a knock off brow razor at a dollar store after seeing another video this morning, and tried it and boy the difference. I ordered the Tinkle online. I can't wait to try it. The one problem I have yet to figure out is my brows. I plucked most of my life and now they are sparse and and uneven. I've tried different products but the brown sits on my skin and the hairs still looks sparse. Any recommendations?

Yes as a blonde...u can't see my facial hair. U can see I have side moustaches (on the outer side of above the lip. ) but as I get older....I've noticed the tops of the cheeks and between the brows...it's getting thicker. Getting older can do that. And yah...with certain make ups and powders u can see it if the light hits it right. So been thi king of trying this out. BUT IVE SEEN GIRLS TRY IT FOR A FIRST TIME AND GET FRIKKIN RAZOR BURN AND BREAKOUT. I'm so nervous to try it.
I've been shaving for so long, that it's become part of my daily routine. I have coarse chin hair that must be tended to daily, even after laser hair removal. Shaving just makes the canvas so much smoother! I love that you never shy away from talking about this!
As ridiculous as this sounds, I stopped waxing my eyebrows in high school, because I though pulling on the tender upper eye area would cause it to droop over time. I don't know if there's any truth to this, but I shave that area (VERY CAREFULLY) as well.

Tiffany, I have the same type of chin hair ... requiring daily maintenance. And did laser, as well. The eye area tugging during waxing has always been a hot topic amongst woman. Yes, I suppose we don't really know. I also heard about it for the whole face area, period. I did many years of waxing that area. My girls now do it. Thanks always for your wonderful support!!! I truly appreciate your willingness to share such personal information. This 56 yr old has only been face shaving for about 3 months because I was one of those that thought If I shaved it would come back in thicker. Goes to show you, you're never too old to learn something new. You are absolutely correct in saying it's a game changer for makeup wearers. I actually shave my face while in the shower after I lather my face up with a facial cleanser.

I think a men's razor would be easier. But.....what about if you have a big ol deep pimple. U know the ones that don't pop. And if you try u scar. I get those around my period.

I’m natural strawberry blonde and I had peach fuzz by 30. I’m 50 and have removed it since 30. I worked in Derm and laser doesn’t pick up blonde. Bummer 😂❤

Generally a couple hours from start to finish. I do work while getting ready, however. Household, as well as business.
Plucking nose hairs is not advisable. By plucking you are creating a potential area for infection and this infection is very close to your brain...

Hi Tracy suppose you have hair insides of your face dark. Not peach fuzz either. Thanks to you I have shaved the sides of my face and so happy I did been a long time to get the courage and did it and my arm hair too so good I shaved it myself too
You "pluck" a chicken and "tweeze" your brows. Just something I learned in years past in the cosmetic industry and thought I'd share. 😂 Loving your tutorial!!! Thanks for sharing.

I'm afraid to do it, because I had a few hairs on my chin I would pluck. I shaved it because it was faster then pluck pluck. Well now I have a very course chin stubble I have to get rid of daily. Why did that happen? And why won't it happen on face?
Hi Kim! Face shaving may not be comfortable for everyone. You have to make that decision for yourself. Not everything works for everyone.
I am new to face shaving and I LOVE IT! I am blonde, but like you mentioned, I have a lot of light peach fuzz. I was really noticing it when I looked in my rearview mirror when driving. I think it was the sunlight that made all that fuzz more noticeable. Menapause really made this fuzz worse. BUMMER. Thanks for great video!
HI Stacy! Yes the angle and light will definitely make it more noticeable. But that is often when we are around people. My hair has increased with perimenopause, as well. It's very common for that to happen. Shave away!

I have PCOS and have to shave my face every day. I've tried both men and women's razors. My fav that I now stock in bulk is Equate 5 blade razor with cartridges. It is the smoothest my face has ever felt and the razor glides easily over your face. I got the razor and refill packs at Walmart. SO WORTH IT!

I've shaved my face on maybe 2 occasions, usually I don't because it's one more thing to do, but as the years go by, my face gets more dry & more fine lines, & so peach fuzz just seems to add even more texture when I apply makeup. I need to start incorporating it into my daily (or however much I need) routine, maybe if I do it in the shower it won't seem like one more thing.
I have an epilady that I have had for years and use on my lower legs. I find it also works well on the peach fuzz.
I have never had facial hair I don't even pluk my brows I don't have hair on my.legs either . As you get older the hair disappear's believe me ! It's so nice not shaving my legs anymore like when I was younger but even then I never was hairy at all. Tyfs

I’m under 30 and want to try this I want my makeup to look airbrushed just like my friends but I’m afraid I won’t have the time to be consistent as I’m a mother of 6 😱 and people will notice.
I also do all of these steps. You will love that mirror. Tracy what do you do when your traveling? Those little travel mirrors suck, I can't see anything. When I get home and look in my lighted magnify mirror it's horrifying LOL. Thanks for this video!

I heard that if i shave my face, hair will grow thicker. Is that true?
First question, from who? Someone who shaves their face. If you are a man, yes your hair will grow back the same. If you are a woman, your hair will grow in as it was prior to shaving - no different.

i just found yur channel or rather the universe led. i wanted to thank yu for yur video. after watching i went upstairs and had to do some improvise. i used a toothbrush to brush my brows and my dogs grooming shears with the rounded tips to trim the eyebrows hairs and nose hairs. i already had the shavers as i was shaving my face before. what i wanted to share with yu and im sure im not the only one, i never had a healthy relationship with my mother. she was an a very abusive, deceptive and dangerous religious quack. my childhoon was extremely tramatic. although she's now deceased and the damage is great, its amazing how the universe is flipping the script. its in the current process of compensating everything that was stolen from me tangible or intangible. growing up abandoned and extremely neglected, although maybe a few of women never had these valuable teachings, the universe will ALWAYS DIRECT to teachings for in its own divine time as this.
yes, im in my late 50s and im just discovering who i am and loving myself. its even amazing how alrhough in my late 50s looking at me one would never know. the universe anf higher power has preserved my beauty dispute my tramatic start in life.
i didnt mean to be long but maybe someone like me will be encouraged. my initial healing was my leaving religion and Christianity and its abusive mental enslavement. im free and it feels good.

I’ve been onboard with this for years. How often do you do your full face shaving? Provides great dead skin cell exfoliation as well. I also do the daily brow tweak. Funny how overnight things can show up the very next day!

Hi Tracy! I know everyone's said it already, but thank you so much for making this video. I've watched it a few times, but never had the courage to try. Well, I was just at the grocery store, saw the brand you mentioned you used, played the video to keep me company and just went for it. OMG the difference it makes!! Some context: I have dark brown hair, abundant, but very light skin. Even when bleaching, I just discovered the "fuzzy" effect was real. My skin looks clearer and brighter, and I can't wait to see how my foundation applies tomorrow!
