For a person with SI join problems and lots of lower back pain, this is a Great video!
Question, how about the saddle chair - vs - stability ball -vs- kneeling chairs? Any recommendations (which are better for the lower back?)

I like that he doesn’t have his Amazon affiliate link to “the right” chair! I tried that chair but I didn’t like it. I can’t quite remember the reason but it may have been too big.
