This is the James Logan High School Marching Band and Color Guard at the 2004 WBA Championships in Concord, CA. With this show, "Wind Dances", the group won sweepstakes with a score of 97.24.
I agree. Just because you have an exceptional color guard and amazing drum line doesn't mean that your band (which makes up the biggest percentage of your performance) is great. Spend a little more time making a great score and showcase more of your instruments. Spend more time on them and help them shine just as much as your auxiliaries.
that spot at one that is missing a guy is a flute he bailed last minute quit band after. I know because he was right behind me in that line. thats me in front of the blank.

actually this show was in 2004. November 2004. Close to 2005.. Secret Garden was in 2005, November 2005. and the 2006 show was just 2 months ago.
the cymbals visual at the top right hand corner at 1:04 was kinda funny to watch the first time i noticed.

@xtexastwosteppinx I think this was our best year but everyone has their own opinion
umm... the color guard varies, but has been between 60-80 girls and guys. the band is usually around 200 people.

I have no idea, but I bet it's a flute. And thus, a girl. (there were only like 2 or 3 guy flutes that year... and they were all at championships)
