    Man, You’re videos are getting better and better if that’s even possible! It’s like watching a mini movie. I’m home with a severe ankle sprain. We just traded our New (we never camped in it once) Thor coach that we had ordered, for a Tiffin coach that we ordered as well. Picked it up On Friday. I’ve been moving things in and having fun organizing. Tuesday I severely sprained my ankle on an uneven surface in our side yard. So now all I can do with the new coach is get on my knee scooter and look at it in my side yard😳☹️😫😂 but hey, it could always be worse. So I’m very thankful it’s not. I’m going to be binge watching your videos today. You guys are so inspirational.... Please stay safe and happy with your wonderful travels... All my very best

      From She to Me Well, It was one thing after another. It honestly stayed at CampingWorld for months and months this last time they kept it for 9 mo. I never saw it the entire time. They had it much longer than we did. ThorMotorCoach blamed them, they blamed Thor it was a nightmare to say the least. The stress and anxiety was very real. ThorMotorCoach and CampingWorld are partners ThorMotorCoach bailed CampingWorld out back when our economy crashed. They really know how to work together. I’ve seen it first hand. I’m so grateful to be away from those two Companies, I will never go back. Tiffin has been like family throughout the entire build and now afterwards. It’s as different as night and day, honestly! Thanks for asking and thanks for your well wishes! I’ve been binge watching your videos today, it’s really been very nice. Please stay safe while enjoying happy travels....

    A stop at Liard Hot Springs is a must. Watch out for the Bison on the road. I’ve seen over 100 in one spot, saw 10 black bears in one day. Don’t hurry, so much beautiful scenery to see. Take a sign to hang, nail or screw to a post atWatson Lake’s sign forest. Whitehorse has a nice museum and plenty to do too. Shortly before Whitehorse is another hot spring.

    Photo of Mustang was not a 65 as they had a chrome piece in that indentation near rear side. I owned one years ago. And AC was not much available then! My Mom had Sears add an after market AC added in spring of 66 for our cross country Mother Daughter bonding expeditions after my HS graduation! Silly me I traded it in ‘71 as my college grad gift to me using $$ saved during the school year from my Navy scholarship as a Navy Nurse Corps Candidate. Wish I still had my 65 silver blue metallic Mustang!

      This is the time of year that hikers are walking the Pacific Crest Trail (Mexico to Canada). Some have reached the Sierra mountains already and there will now be a steady stream. The donut shop you stopped at is a favorite pit stop for hikers in Bishop. Your 3.5 mile hike may have been on or very near the trail. You can do a google search of the PCT for a trail map and check the hiking route out. This is the time of year that those that love hiking tend to treat these thru hikers with “trail magic”. Something as simple as a cold drink, snickers candy bar are truly appreciated by the hikers since they have to carry the weight of food and tend to shy away from treats. When they begin the Sierra they carry 10 days of food and packs weigh in around 40 pounds. There is a current group currently around Mammouth Lakes. Hope you find this interesting since you and John love to hike.

    • @FromShetoMe
      @FromShetoMe  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks. I guess I was confused because we couldn’t imagine anyone making it so much snow still up there. It must’ve been a miserable week for them. The weather was lousy. I have hiked the John Muir trail so have run into a few PCT through hikers but rarely in town. We also followed “Darwin on the trail” on his trip last year. Are there any hikers you are following this year? I’m always looking for a good hiking vlog.

      It's called a Moonshade. I used the link from a "Trent and Allie" discount code in a video they did a few months ago. It's not much but 10% at least covers the sales tax. The only problem is you do have to move one of the magnets when you open or close the door. It's not a problem for us because we have mosquito netting that we leave down when the door is open and lifting the magnet on the one side while the other person closes the door has not been a problem. moonfab.co/shop/moonshade/?gclid=CjwKCAjwltH3BRB6EiwAhj0IUJGPU7WmfgZfhGDRACclMXMW_N1OIK6kMaV7Jk9-rz6gD8EXnYFi8BoCgk8QAvD_BwE

      We love the new suspension and never miss the original, We just wonder why we didn't do it sooner. Several of our viewers have had theirs done and agree. The lift it gave us is especially welcome. The only downside is a drop of a few miles per gallon but we think the trade off is worth it.
