Such a great update! I also love these kinds of videos. I think they give other homeschool parents a great real-life review of how homeschool curriculums and routines are going.
Thank you so much, Christine! I'm so glad you're back in the thick of school because I love when you share all about how it is going! :)
Love your videos! We have a very similar style. Any recs on a science curriculum to use for 2nd/4th/6th graders? We've used Apologia in the past, but I'm wanting to do something a little lighter family style before my oldest is off doing science by himself. Thank you!
I can understand where you’re coming from! Check out Generations, Common Sense Science, and Noeo for science? If you like the CM style, Sabbath Mood Homeschool was interesting too.
@@juiceboxhomeschool thank you!
Looking forward to hearing your summer plans and for next year!
Aw thank you! I'm excited too!
Love your videos Trisha! Can’t wait to see what you have planned coming up 😊
Thanks so much, Lindsay!
Love the info.
What is the productivity book you use with your daughter?
Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy. There is a teen version of it too!
Would love to know which books you have used with your 6th grader boy during 1 on 1 time.
Yes! Will share the books we went through one-on-one for the year!
How are you feeling about BFB history? I know you’ve used AGF in the past. Which do you prefer and why? We currently use AGF, but I’m considering a switch to BFB history next year. I really enjoy your channel and I feel our homeschooling style is similar. I’d love to know your thoughts!
Great question, and a hard one to answer! I love both very much. I love using AGF for a well rounded feast because they touch on so many subjects that I may not think of like citizenship and natural science. I also like using AGF with the whole family, and may use their morning guide next year. BFB history has been nice too, however, I feel like BFB is even better when you have a season with more time as mom. It takes more preparation on my part if I want to do more of the activities, and isn't open and go, which is why we're taking it slower, and not doing many activities this year. So, I would say it depends on your season!
@@juiceboxhomeschool That makes sense. Narrowing down curriculum choices can be difficult! Thanks for your insight!
