JD Vance also opined that the $83 million judgment against Trump was meaningless and should be disregarded because the jury came from, according to him, and extremely left leaning jurisdiction (NYC). And I thought as soon as I heard that, well then, Charles Manson could make the same argument because his conviction arises from a jury in a Christian and anti-cultist population? I could see Vance agreeing with that.

About time judges are “starting to push back.” They have had plenty of time to cogitate but they should avoid the fear of the unknown.
