Christian teachers have, for centuries, tried to help us to grasp the importance of Today. We have no certainty of tomorrow. Yet, however hard they have laboured, we still find ourselves worring about days to come, which we may never see on earth. Spurgeon seeks in this sermon to end this once and for all. Whether we think of tomorrow with longing, or with fear, we must serve God in the here and now.
