Thanks DREAD but completely useless unless you fix the speed. If done on purpose it serves little purpose. Please upload at normal speed (changing speed to .25x did nothing to help btw).

Disagree. The video is just fine the way it is. The purpose is to convey build methods and overall NURBS surface construction, not a step-by-step in how to build this exact helmet. There is much to be gained from this video on a macro level. Slowing the video down won't help if you don't already have a good understanding of Alias - look to other intro videos for the basics.
