Llamas, Alpacas.. did you forget Vicunas? and Guanaco?... shame.... And then LOVE ME SOME TRILATERUM!!! Currently working on Elios (space robots) and Brood (space bugs) for a 1000 point game versus my buddies Space Pangolins/Armadillos next weekend! I think the bases are 45mm x 40mm rectangles, but I have based a few walkers and vehicles on 50mm and 60mm squares and I think some of the newer models come with round bases. I believe the rules and army lists are on DriveThruRPG and there is a "point calculator" so you can use whatever other 15mm models you have in the game! So good!
Oh wow! ancient memories--my dad had a toy soldier molding kit from about the 1930's that was exactly like you described! I thought it was so cool as a kid! Of course, he did all the molding. The miniatures were WWI type. Nostalgia.....
will update as time goes on 1: for the "you wanna hurt yourself to do better" in gaslands, you roll when you move, and you can take "hazard tokens" to re roll the movement dice, but if you get 6 tokens you spin out 2: if you're running out of black fast, get a tube of golden brand artist acrylic black paint and just use that
Caseyyy. Tim Prow (ex-GW) of Diehard Miniatures has a Kickstarter going at the moment and will soon be offering a 5 man unit of space rats through it. Very talented and a top bloke to boot. Thought it worth being on your radar. Great ep boys, as per. 🚀🐀
I mentioned it under the last episode, but I think you didn't recognize it: This seems to be a McFarlane action figure and not a JoyToy one. They might not be so happy, that Brent is holding their product while talking about their biggest competitor. 😅😂
What the Paint Bravely crew needs is to take a chance on a Dominion deal & get some bonus extra Age of Sigmar stuff free inside. Also for some fun looking ostriches to paint, try Carnevale skirmish game where there's ostrich riding fools, vampires, sea monster hybrids & more as you fight along the canals of Venice.
Playing a game where you try to foul things up on purpose, that sounds a bit like the boardgame Red November. The game is a co-op, where the players will try to rescue a sinking gnomish submarine, where everything will go wrong somehow. The point is to survive one round at a time and keep your crew alive, and drunk enough to function, but not too drunk to do so. But you can also screw over the others, like take the only diving suit and escape. You can also decide to play on hard mode, where the gnomes can become paranoid, which makes the game a sneaky PvP.
Wouldn't be surprised if there's a dueling game where you get points if you eliminate your opponent but if you kill yourself with an explosive gun then no points are awarded.
Llamas are pack animals and have terrible dispositions. I know because I ended up with 4. Saving grace..they are delicious. Alpacas are for wool production. They are smaller and I hear are more "tame".
"Ya gotta spend big to live big." Truer works have rarely been spoken, Brent.

Nature watch bravely - quality Casey and Brent content continues to be delivered
"It also means Brent had a few beers"
Been there Brent. Man have I been there. 😂
Thank you for the shout out!

Creepy crawlers! Another great episode. Thanks folks
I had too much fun with that set when I was little :)
Same! The joys of a heating element and pan for kids in the 90ds@@PaintBravelyThePodcast

That’s awesome, thanks for the heads up, I’ve backed some of his stuff before, it’s been a while though and I didn’t know there would be space rats!
A doll stand. What you need, Brent, is a doll stand
I just got the Kruleboyz half of Dominion on eBay for 50 DOLLARS 😮💨
I had the metal minatures casting toy and was very upset I never came across molds of fantasy figures. Just stuff like motorcycles.

hahaha, whoops! I guess it does say "mcfarlane" on the box! TY, live and learn 🙂
The comment I saw about casting the minis from Necromolds in air drying clay. Then you could paint them.
Funny enough on the back of the box it shows them being painted, I need to look at this more!

Purring made this whole experience. Do not cut it short to spare us the best asmr :)

Emu is pronounced Eamue, Australians like to drawl. Don’t try to say Melbourne 😂
They just need to pronounce it Melbin
@@anyfield844 melbin / melben depending on where you come from.
Let's hear it for some spite driven mini sales to stick it to Scott. Sorry, no wood elves or old world anything here.....
