Hey, guys. As always, I love your videos. And as I have said before, I would rather watch your videos again than watch a lot of the new content that's on TH-cam. God Bless you both! Chip
Really appreciate that Chip! We try to make them interesting, but we’re also always trying to get things done and usually behind the 8 ball lol. Thanks for watching and take care!
Thanks, i'm learning...she tells me when she's not showing up at the wood yard lol thanks for watching! we remember meeting you in line at the airport!
Hi guys, look forward to your videos. It is just like talking to you. I am glad I met you. It is just like visiting with you. That saw was eating up that wood. Phil, you need to look Karen right in the eye and say "yes dear". Having our 50th anniversary tomorrow, it works. That oak is really premium grade bundle wood. It is beautiful on your road. Holding that log up with the tractor sure makes cutting nice.
I just repaired a caterpillar excavator that did the same exact thing. The drain tube rots out of the muffler and the hot exhaust melts the throttle cable. Problem is you have to buy the whole control box to get the cables. Not a cheap date. Just order from cat by the serial number. They used a couple different wire harnesses.
That red oak you split looks good Phil. Your stacking machine is running on all cylinders. You both are a good team. I also liked the music while Phil was splitting. You both have a great day.
Phil And Karen You do a good job on this video Enjoy the video I like that delivering it with your tractor Keep up the good work and we'll see on the next one stay safe stay Healthy
Phil there's no need to worry about your videos I love to watch how the woodyard and you're firewood business is progressing and I love buster now that he's back up to speed do you know the cycle time it's got to be the fastest splitter I have seen
Congrats Nathan on the Bundler 👍 Another great video you two. Looking good on the top side too, with all the wood for next year ready to go. Nice scenery on your delivery route! You need more of those!! Maine is beautiful this time of year no doubt about it ! ❤💜
Thanks Phil, now I’m hungry, your High Tech A4000 looks just like those big beef sticks sold next to the Jerky and the Slim-Jim’s! Karen, don’t let it get to you, teasing about your “chicken arms”, arms?? Just keep working as hard as you do lifting, stacking, bundling and stocking the stands- when Swimsuit season rolls around next year, Tanned & Toned you”ll have the ‘Ol Boy looking like one of those cartoon characters from our childhood- Eyes bulging out of his head, heart-shaped, on springs and his tongue wagging!! Subs taking off like a rocket! Great to see!👍🇺🇸
Thanks Mike! This is Karen...Phil doesn't appreciate the slim jims like we do lol. He doesn't know what's good for him. He can tease me all he wants, but in the end I'm one of the bosses and when I need a day off, I take a day off...like today! A 'day' off' at home doing all the things I haven't had time to do! lol Thanks for always watching...we look forward to your comments! Take care!
Y'all are hilarious!!! Phil picks on Karen, but she gives it right back. Be careful Phil, she could go on strike and then you'd be in big trouble. Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
I think you got a lot done today. Sure made some nice oak bundle wood. I have a cluster of basswood right next to our house. 3 are 27-30 inch diameter and of course most lean toward our house. Hopefully get some videos from this project. You 2 take care.
Be careful Phil chicken arms will slap you silly. Remember the look Karen gave you when you fired up the stacker. Congratulations Nathan. You're a Saint Karen❤❤❤ Kenny
Thanks Kenny! lol, this is Karen...and I agree with everything you just said...and so does Phil! HAHAHA Not sure I'm a Saint, but pretty darn close! lol Take care!
I have learned that a least 3 of the people killed were people II knew. II used to bowl there and I am friends with the owner of the bar.@@AllenFamilyFirewood
I was thinking this morning as I was splitting this morning with my very slow splitter, what a difference using the splitter made as compared to using a maul. I used to split a lot of wood for myself using a maul. The first wood that I sold back many years ago was split with a maul. That's all I could afford back then and it was good exercise. Lots of good memories.
Nice job Phil and Karen! Karen needs a couple days off. Stacking machine! Would be nice if I could get my wife to help me do anything in the woodyard except take most of the money. 🤣 Stay safe and keep laughing! 🙃
Phil i remember when you first commented on my channel with 100 plus subscribers, fast forward a month or so im still not at 200 😂😂 , you guys are smashing it 😊
if you see this I have been doing bundles for over 21 years if you ever have any questions feel free to ask.hope you both have a wonderful upcoming weekend 😊.
Phil, Just a reminder.... Be mindful of Karen and wearing her out in the woodyard. Remember it's supposed to be fun right? Your rule # 1 remember? Think about what she does at home, then editing ( which is awesome by the way ) and then helping you. I would wager she works harder or at least harder given the fact of the whole ladies vs men muscle mass difference and such. I honestly felt bad for her in this video. She helps way better than most I'll guarantee you that!. Anyway, thanks for the video it was good as always. I usually watch them before logging in for some reason. Have a great night you guys!
I admit, she does work harder than me at all the things i cant do. she takes a break when she needs to and who am i to say no lol i definitely need her help
Those infrequent “days” are pretty much every day for me. I’m ashamed to say, that I’ve not sold one face-cord as of yet and until I do, I’m limited on where I can pile green wood that needs splitting. Typically, I’d be sold out by November - not this year. Granted, I care for my mother and have had 3 surgeries, but that’s still no excuse to be so far behind. Great video as always (EXCEPT for Karen editing out the word “sawing” lol).
Today, at the Publix grocery they had bundles for 8.99. I counted 12 pieces in the bags. I can't imagine there is much demand here in SW Florida. Probably costs an arm and a leg to get it here...

Phil you better go easy on your "stacking machine". Karen you are AWESOME. Love watching you folks.

Is the excavator the one at the Allen family's wood yard? I think that is what they said was wrong.@@smorefirewood

Phil And Karen You do a good job on this video Enjoy the video I like that delivering it with your tractor Keep up the good work and we'll see on the next one stay safe stay Healthy
Thanks Frank! appreciate you watching thankful we had that tractor to at least deliver a 1/2 cord
@@AllenFamilyFirewood Special circumstances understood, remember tractor tires are expensive and paved roads wear them out quickly.😉

Thanks Dale, we appreciate you watching and commenting. Buster has a 2 second cycle time when turned up full speed.
You are both awesome! Adam and I are so happy for both of you and how fast your channel is growing!!
Thanks so much guys! we appreciate our fellow Mainers!

David, it's the best wood to split hands down

Hope you got good money for the oak? Looked good stuff!
We get $450 pr cord for dry hardwood .
👍👍
thanks tracy
Will firewood dry after it's bagged up?
It probably would James, but at a slower rate. We prefer to have it dry before we bag it and then there’s no surprises
