This was my favorite space game until Stellaris but I'll always have respect for this franchise and the developers. This was a big part of my teenage years.
I was thinking the same thing its amazing how Endless Space shaped my perspective of life and it really has a major impact on ones personality and who you are as a person !
To meh too! Even though when I think about the game, "The Endless" comes first, I have to agree that "Flawless Theory" has got the feel of the game altogether in it.
the very beginning of The Endless is just such a perfect sound, i can't even describe why i love it so much. Its like i can't play it loud enough but its so satisfying to hear.
The beautiful soundtrack really added a lot to the experience of the game. I'm glad that strategy games (like endless space, SOASE) are going all out with their sound tracks these days, if you're going to sit around listening to game music for hours it might as well be good!
I am always looking for different music to listen to while I work, and I must say that this soundtrack is quite spectacular in that regard. Bravo Amplitude for the soundtrack and thank you RedTailedSmeargle for the upload.
The choir version of the endless as well as the original both send chills down my spine every time I hear them.... this soundtrack is so well done. One of the better ones I've heard in recent gaming
I wish more people knew about this game. When I got it at first, I didn't know what to think, but then I started playing, and the OST is one of the things that made me play it 5 hours straight after buying it
Best soundtrack in a long time and best out of their 3 games they put out. Game is good, not the greatest but the music makes it great. Negentropy my personal fav
Such a beautiful soundtrack, a masterpiece in fact! I have Endless Legend and Endless Space 2 and they are fantastic games, so much lore and it's clear they are a labour of love. Keep up the good work Amplitude Studios!
Just came back to this soundtrack after a long time away and immediately got goosebumps. It's unusually refreshing to hear a videogame OST with an actual melody/motif.
If you somehow condensed the works of Carl Sagan and his message to us into a series of wordless sounds, for some reason I imagine it would sound like this. This soundtrack is an example of the highest art.
It really transcends music as we know it honestly all these thousands of years of human development and this is really the highest form of art the emotions it creates existential ! I see it also as a true testimony of human advancement in creative thinking ! This sound track literally has the power to change peoples perception of life ! And that is what real art is !
Amazing soundtrack to get ready to, amazing soundtrack to work to, great to work out to, and on top of that its from an awesome game to pass the time when your bored as well. Best!
This transcends music imagine all the thousands of years of human advancement to make such a work of absolute art it really shows to what length humanity has come in making music ! If aliens ever come to earth and ask us to show them the best art our humankind has WE HAVE GOT TO SHOW THEM THIS !
+Carl Mudgette Used it for Space Engineers, KSP, working on real life stuff that needs concentration, and now I'm using it for From The Depths. A true creative fuel, perhaps due to hundreds of hours of head-scratching in Endless Space. :)
I don't know why, but the beginning of Bleu Argon is the best... I wish the whole song was like that. The part when it speeds up and so on isn't really my thing :/
Did there really need to be three different versions of the fucking menu theme, which is one of the weakest songs in the soundtrack? Why not like, a faster, more aggressive version of Falling Night Stars or something?
While I do agree that there should be more versions of other songs, Endless Space really isn't an aggressive game. Even the battle music takes it slow, but remains intense. Perhaps as non-game bonus tracks there could be more aggressive ones though. Faster Than Light did that with Colony Ship, probably the most fun-to-listen-to song of the whole soundtrack but completely unfitting to the game. BTW- In my opinion, it's kind of funny to be listening to a cool space soundtrack, then have Zoidberg cut in to sing about the Endless. Well, sort of Zoidberg, still a hilarious voice. I laughed so hard when I first found that version.

Flawless Theory is the most iconic track of this game. To me at least.
To meh too! Even though when I think about the game, "The Endless" comes first, I have to agree that "Flawless Theory" has got the feel of the game altogether in it.
I was amazed to recognize it and other themes from Dungeon of the Endless.
I agree, I think they used variants of this track in their other games too. Like Dungeon of the Endless and Endless Legend. Its timeless really.
While i was playing, i really enjoyed the choir part of Reach the Amoeba. I searched that part for so long
the soundtrack was worth the money already
yep I like the fackt it is in es2 as well.
the very beginning of The Endless is just such a perfect sound, i can't even describe why i love it so much. Its like i can't play it loud enough but its so satisfying to hear.
It was so good starting up the game and hearing it

Flawless Theory
Glad to hear some of those songs remained unchanged in Endless Space 2
59:41 suddenly, Alan Rickman!

I found a Craver planet with "friendly locals" once...
Seems legit
The locals probably doesn't exist anymore.
that is very incorrect. they have become Craver soup
I found a large hydrogen planet with bunkers

Still don't know how the composer can imagine these kind of melody and also make it reality.
Slice and Collide is probably my favorite.
+Numinex same here, there's something really nice about it
@@dysxSRJEY Same !

Best soundtrack ever
I wish more people knew about this game. When I got it at first, I didn't know what to think, but then I started playing, and the OST is one of the things that made me play it 5 hours straight after buying it
Flawless Theory brings such nice feelings, every time even after many years...
No problem. It's a good soundtrack from a good game.
The most beautiful soundtrack I've ever heard. I cannot wait for the sequel!
It's almost here!
It's here!! :D
With the Endless Space and Endless Legend soundtracks I can just put them on to relax.
Thanks for putting this together.
Not a problem~
One of the best soundtracks ever made for a videogame.
Discovered this gem with the humble strategy bundle a while ago. Amazingness.
I like the chorus from Reach the Amoeba and Bleu Argon
Best soundtrack in a long time and best out of their 3 games they put out. Game is good, not the greatest but the music makes it great. Negentropy my personal fav

The best soundtrack for any media, after Interstellar (movie) and Halo (game)
man I love it when magenta clouds gets going. So awesome.
Oh god, this music hits my core. Nostalgia much! Love 💕
So glad you put this up, thanks. Really my favorite video game tracks I think I've ever heard.
Bleu Argon gives me goose bumps... such a powerful song, it energizes me immediately.
This goes really well with Aurora 4x!
I love the main theme. It's one of those song that tell a story without words.
Gravity Well is one of my Favs also caught the Faction one can not remember it that well but wow added to my Favs (Sadly Short).

Ah this is beautiful. The soundtrack really stood out when I was playing the game. Sublime.
flawless theory is damn good
For the upcoming Halo 6, 343 needs to hire these guys music makers.
Flawless Theory is my new ringtone.
Greeeeeeat soundtrack. I love the new Battlescene songs. Especially 26. The BattleScene III. Thank you for uploading this.
Amazing soundtrack to get ready to, amazing soundtrack to work to, great to work out to, and on top of that its from an awesome game to pass the time when your bored as well. Best!
Flawless Theory, IMO, best of the entire OST.
So good! This is art, not just a cookie-cutter soundtrack!
This transcends music imagine all the thousands of years of human advancement to make such a work of absolute art it really shows to what length humanity has come in making music ! If aliens ever come to earth and ask us to show them the best art our humankind has WE HAVE GOT TO SHOW THEM THIS !
the game is not so good, but the soundtrack sure is.
love this soundtrack
When working on a project in Minecraft or Space Engineers this is the sort of music I listen to so I don't lose my mind.
Carl Mudgette And here I thought I was the only one that listened to this while playing Space Engineers.
+FireFox Bancroft I used to do that too. Now I use it for KSP.

Endless space was just a very pretty a beautiful game...
gameplay is just fantastic
I love this soundtrack, I want to play the game over and over because of it :) (I'm a game music composer btw..)
The music in this game is amazing! Game itself is pretty awesome too. I wish it was more popular.

I don't know why, but the beginning of Bleu Argon is the best... I wish the whole song was like that. The part when it speeds up and so on isn't really my thing :/
Just like it

01:21:15 what a beauty
56:46
Factions
Astral Compass is the best
This soundtrack was too good for the game...
falling night stars reminds me of land of the dead from summoning
The academy all the way
just a question, what is the instrument played at the beginning (yes i know it's not probably a real orchestra) but just curious
I think this is a violoncello with some synthesized sound and sound effects.
Влас Подлесный great! I love the effect it makes, smooth. great for listening to and writing. thanks, I can find more music like this now. any ideas?
Hal Effect It's a duduk, an armenian traditionnal flute.
FlybyNo thanks, that sounds more like it. I also recognise the instrument from battlestar galactica am I correct?
Hal Effect yes it's true
zero dislikes
I am surprised it hasn't been copyrighted
no offense

+theuncalledfor Because even genociding entire defenseless civilizations requires a relaxed soundtrack. :)
i have a problem with game sound
Soundtrack is ok, not amazing though. A lot of the tracks sound very similar :[
