That is the first I’ve heard of this ciguatera in the fish. I’ve just been blissfully comfortable believing that ocean fish like grouper and sea bass are as pure and safe as food gets! It’s impressive to me how much information you acquire about things like that, and other risks in the area as well as where the good diving spots are.
Iv live in Hawaii for about 7 years and that is not quite how you open a coconut.. but if you get in there with your all fingers fine by me. cheers guys
There are videos on TH-cam of how Pacific islanders climb the coconut trees. U can practise and learn. Also, see how to open green and brown coconuts. Growing up around coconut trees on a Pacific island atoll, it truly hurts my eyes to see u guys struggle to get and open the nut.
Fresh fish cooked is the best tasty meal ever
It's honestly crazy how cinematic those drone shots make these videos look, Nick's quite the pilot
Thank you very much :)
yo nick
He knows how to fly a drone, that’s for sure!
Ship ahoy there! Regards from the UK.
Great vlog, awesome crew and all in paradise. Safe sailing 🤙🤙

Yes it’s a big danger, and something we think about a lot. We’ve found that the best source of info is local fishermen

I’m not swimmingly with sharks 🦈. They are not that predictable. 🤷🏻♀️
