Fascinating to see how your business has evolved. I would have thought the lasers would have been the more popular machine but it's looking like the press brakes are taking over. Shop looks great.
Yea you’re right, I probably get 3:1 inquiries on lasers compared to brakes, but lasers are way more complicated and problematic, so everyone of them that I sell just means more support requirements. Brakes also will have ongoing support needs much they are much simpler and almost never have failures
Definitely impressed by the 2.5 G Laser Cutter. As much as I would like to buy a Laser Cutter, I have a customer that owns one already and we basically help each other out with work. Any Machining work he requires, comes to me and all my Laser Cutting and Folding work goes to him. It works out pretty well 👍👍 Nice work bending the 1" Plate too. It reminds of the huge Press Brake we had in a shop I worked at. 6 Metre / 20' bed with 600 Tonnes. Almost as high as the roof, LOL.
Love your videos. They motivate me to keep pushing forward on my journey. I have a small shop that I'm slowly building up on the side while I work a day job. I'm not on the part of the hockey stick timeline yet were I can buy a laser but I'm getting closer every day. I just tripped my square footage so now I have space for a laser. Now I just need to build up some cash. :) Keep doing what your doing!
yes sir, thats how you do it. you have to take steps everyday toward your longer term goal and dont worry so much about results... you have to PUSH hard everyday, growing, learning, but most importantly reassigning as much cash as possible into growth, and avoid things like being over insured, signficant debt, or a lifestyle full of consumption
And I'm over here happy to haave a Swag brake... Cheap 2x4 plasma table... 2x2 gantry cnc i built (12000mm/m rapids)... Buncha junk compared to that beautiful shop full of beautiful tools
I like the 5-Axis laser... this to be a very versatile option, especially if you don't know exactly what you are going to do with the laser yet, business wise
yes sir, we will be arriving sunday night, be there most of next week, so maybe toward later in the week would work once we have gotten it all running. You live in Springs?
Another wonderful video. I can't wait until I get the 40kw cutter from you. We are working toward the new building now. By they way, what did you seal the floor with ?
the 80kw's are shipping, 100kw's in testing! lol. I think your 12kw can be upgraded to as high as 40kw. The floor just has 2 part urethane floor coating that i turned brown by accident. I added a tiny cup full of automotive black basecoat to it, to try to tint it slightly to cover up the imperfections in the concrete like oil stains, etc and it came out brown lol
hey i love ur videos im looking to get into laser and a newver pressbreake atm i got a amada promcam so a really old one but the question is do u only sell to us or to eu aswell =??
Look at that press brake army! I love seeing all the new tech , that space saver 12kw looks really nice .

man yea, sounds like you have the perfect setup there with trading out work.
I would never think that small looking machine would be that powerful. Impressive
yea its a special built machine, overbuilt structure with 220ton cylinders on it

Great job in cutting! a comment from a laser machine supplier in China❤
these friggin machines get crazier and crazier.
oh yea for sure.... and these are kind of basic compared to what the Big 5 machine builders are doing with AI integration

The ballscrew brake is interesting. I wouldnt think the ballscrew would handle loads like that very well.
That 1" pierce was impressive!
smooth and steady
Hope our machines can also appear in your video!😀

yes sir, countersink holes, weld bevels, K bevels, etc may all be very handy for someone
Impressive! Gimme a holler if you've got time to grab lunch while you're in Colorado Springs... If not, we'll catch up another time.
yes sir, we will be arriving sunday night, be there most of next week, so maybe toward later in the week would work once we have gotten it all running. You live in Springs?
@@turbocobra I live just north in Castle Rock. Prob 30 min. I'm down there all the time for work.
The smoothest, of course.

Oh absolutely dancing queen 🙋🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
Just wondering what a shop rate would be for a laser cutting business.
$300-$500 per hour for laser time, but honestly no one charges rates like that. The job shops with lasers and press brakes charge by the part.
hey i love ur videos im looking to get into laser and a newver pressbreake atm i got a amada promcam so a really old one but the question is do u only sell to us or to eu aswell =??
Thanks man... no I am only in the US, but I have a consulting service that may help you.
Also holy press brakes gonna have start calling you the press brake Daddy😂
lol, Hey, I will take it!
Have you ever considered Accurpress brake presses?
They are a competitor, very nice machines, and if you can afford them, definitely a great product
What’s the smallest cutting field you can get with a 2kw fiber laser?
not sure the smallest, i have never inquired about that
I want to install in texas but i dont have any laser cutting work in there
ok
I'd probably start with dacing queen and move to the C walk 😆
Ineresting as usual.
Shit. That’s bad ass.
