Great video. Gives you all the information that you need before buying the Raspberry Pi 5. I was also shocked to see that you only had about 3K subs, you definitely deserve more subs.
it IS suposed to remove top part with fan, IF you have active cooling, its DESIGNED that way, actualy if you remove even top cover you will get 2-3 degree lower
Great Video as usual. Planning to buy a Pi5 for Home Assistant. Will 4GB suffice or should I go for the 8GB one? I want to try running the whisper addon on it for voice assistant.
@@cvasantrao if you are planning to run whisper, pi5 wont give you good results. It's still slow compared to a mini pc as whisper is resource heavy. If you plan to run only home Assistant with other stuff to control your devices then it's the best option. A 4GB variant is enough for a Home Assistant.
Hi I'm using a ssd with the raspberry Pi 5 with 5v 3A power supply, it's working great. What if I get the official cooler, will it surfice or I would have to get the new power supply?
I'm currently looking into buying Raspberry stuff and came across your video. You cleared a lot of doubts of mine. Really great video.
Glad I could help 🙂

Thank you for such kind words. 😄
Hopefully my videos reach out to more people and get more subs.
You have said 'this' 1000x, but the video was still informative and you made a good product presentation!
😄
My videos are usually unscripted and hence may be the cause.
Still glad it was informative 🙂
Thanks very useful!

Ya. figured it out while assembling it. 😄
Fantastic, creative, and truly inspiring... Thank you very much.
Thanks a lot for the kind words 😄.

How did you manage to record the OS setup on the pi 5.
Using a video capture usb adapter.
@@SmartHomeCircle which one in particular?

I would say, get the 5a one. The raspi will not throttle down..
@@SmartHomeCircle oh. So there is a performance throttle with the 3a ?
@@srinivasprasad837 for the pi5 yes.. it throttles down on low power..
@@SmartHomeCircle thank you for the information. 👍
