Awesome! You gonna take it in the saltwater or freshwater? I struggled a little bit with it in the saltwater but fresh I bet it's awesome! Heard some people have luck with it in the salt water. Keep on diggin'!

I appreciate your vids! I’m trying to learn my vanquish and it’s my first detector. Starting in my yard but it’s full of junk fill so the vanquish goes kinda nuts. Lots of negative numbers next to mid tones.

@@TreasureOutdoors yea had it on jewelry mode with sensitivity on lowest still just bleeps the 2nd I move it. Thanks for reply. If it's new from shop will it need a update?
@@TreasureOutdoors appreciate the help brother. I didn’t know you can run jewelry mode and all metal at the same time. It started confusing me seeing negative numbers when I turned all metal on. Just got the 440 a couple weeks ago. Still learning.
Great video. I’m wanting to buy a different pinpointer. I have the Minelab Pro pointer 20 and I like it’s performance but the boot up time takes too long. Do you like the XP more than the Garrett AT Pro?
I have the Garrett carrot 🥕 and it’s good. A bit pricey at $127 (+-) . Has a little light and 3 sensitivity settings in vibration and in vibration with sound. Happy hunting .

I'm torn between the 440 and 340. Do you use the pin point function of the 440? And what scoop is that? I like it.

A lot of iron in there probably, challenging spot! Keep on trying, maybe try some ground with less iron it should give you less of a headache. 👍
What's that brand of sand shovel, please? Would you recommend it? :)
It's a CKG scoop, it's pretty fairly price and has held up for quite a while now. I'd say it's a good starter scoop

Hi what settings you use on wet sand? I'm a newbie and my 440 just bleeps constantly
I run "JEWELRY" mode but try to turn your sensitivity down some, the sand where you are could be the problem. Adjust sensitivity see if that helps. 👍

I usually go Jewelry mode with iron turned on & sensitivity about 2 bars down from the top. 👍

I think you might need a carbon fiber shaft for the simplex if you keep riding it that hard!!! 😁😆🤣

This will work better on a salt water beach than a Simplex+. And it is lighter and less expensive than a Legend.
