She tried to hold him accountable at first. Told the other woman to go home to deal with him, but the woman kept coming back, and after paying money for a test and her not show up....I would have my doubts too. Those tests aren't cheap. Even the mail in DIY tests are expensive.

She a fool. This man has had a set of twins and triplets and she's still there. It ain't because she has a backbone, it's because she doesn't have one.
I had a friend who stayed with a dude while he had kids with two different women. When she met him, he had no kids. She dealt with him while he was having babies with other women until he started getting older and began losing hair. He went to jail and she called me asking for a ride (5 hrs) to go see him. I said, "Ain't no way!" You gotta make that trip on your own. I didn't want to get involved in that nonsense at all.
Off and on for 11yrs no ring and outside babies girl bye .

@@antoinettejohnson2188Not everyone cares to get married. While that couple's relationship is toxic, there are couples that have great relationships, have kids and never get married. My partner and I have been together for 10 years now, have an amazing relationship, have all intention of being together forever, we have a child but have no intention on ever getting married. We are each others best friend and we support each other in everything we do. We have amazing communication and can tell each other anything. Neither one of us cheats. We don't go out to clubs, bars, etc with or with out each other. All our free time is spent as a family or doing family related things. In the ten years we've been together we've only ever gotten into 1 fight/argument where voices were raised. It lasted 15 min over a misunderstanding. We don't call each other names, say disrespectful or hurtful things to each other. He is the love of my life and I his. Neither one of us though cares about getting married. I'm 41 now and from the time I was a child I hated weddings and had no desire to get married and he's the same way. It just has no meaning to us. We don't need a piece of paper from the government to prove we love each other and are committed to each other. We are both Atheists so the religious aspect of marriage doesn't apply to us. We have a very healthy relationship and I couldn't be happier that I have him by my side. He's such an amazing father to our son and I wouldn't change a thing about him or our relationship. I made it very clear too my partner the day we met that I had no desire to ever get married and thankfully he felt the same way. People need too stop assuming that every woman's end goal is marriage or that it needs to be marriage. I've seen plenty of couples who are married that have horrible relationships so it's not this big fix you all make it out to be. The only way we would ever get married is if we had too in order to make medical decisions for each other. If that happens, we'll go too the justice of peace by ourselves and do what needs to be done but it will have no meaning to us.
I feel bad for the kids. The dads a bum and the mom is lost

The second case: I realized she's telling the truth the moment she said " if he isn't the father, then I'm not the baby's mother. I wouldn't only find out who his parents are but also find my biological son".

They had people all the time thinking they were not their children's mothers. The one friend who is Balck had a Karen say to her snottily, "well their father must be awfully light." She just looked at her very deadpan and said " Yes, he is light, so light he is called white." the other friend who is Hispanic her husband is red haired, blue eyes and skin so pale he looks like a ghost. So, no wonder their kids look white. they are not as dark as her, but neither are they pale like him. They have green eyes and brown hair and nice olive skin.

1st case....Mr.Browns wife wouldn't shut up. Taneka didn't even get a chance to talk. Taneka is beautiful and he KNEW that was his daughter, he was scared of his wife getting mad. He made his wife pay child support....that's messed up. ANYONE ELSE CATCH THAT it looked like Mr. Brown was scared to go over and hug Taneka like his wife has him by the....um...balls? Lol. 2nd case. This man doesnt know kindness and generosity. When i were a student, a couple let me rent an apt for 3 months. At the end, as they know i were short on money, they gave me back the money as a gift.
My grand father had an apartment. He let an old couple leaves there for months without making them pay.
Why? Some people are good and not greedy.
Any time a male says another man isn't going to be kind/generous without expecting something from the woman, he's telling on himself. And this clown even admits multiple times he wasn't around, leaving this lady with three young boys to raise alone, and he doesn't expect her to ask someone for help? Bruh.

The last case was such a lovely change for this show. No yelling, no screaming accusations, no constant tirade of "that's a lie!" whenever the other party speaks. Two very well-spoken young people who got the answer they needed to move forward.
In the 1st case;
I almost couldn't bear the uneducated ignorance of the litigants long enough to get through the testimony.

The kid has her nose and ears. Some facial features are very genetic based. The nose for example...., the shape of the nose is very family based. Like a hook nose can not happen unless it is in the familyline.
But the ear shape as well.
And this baby has same earlobe shape. Very cute actually how it all works.
Third case: Miss Watkins appears to be an extremely intelligent woman, both intellectually and emotionally. It was very respectful of her to extend her hand to both Mr Washington and his family. Acted with dignity throughout despite the giggling (which seemed more like giggling due to nerves). He’s a lucky man to have someone as graceful as her be the father of his child and not some irresponsible and promiscuous woman who has no self-respect. I hope she goes far in life and makes something of herself, she definitely seems more than capable of it.

How dumb do you have to be to compare an infant's appearance to an adult's? Infants haven't developed their features, yet, and can take up to a couple years to get the foundation of their permanent features. Every time I see someone start saying tiny babies look just like a potential father, I want to grab a litigant and scream in their face.

First and second case those man was way below ignorant. Hope the baby take . The third was sad. The mother kept giggling, but that was nervous energy and possibly embarrassment that she had to come into court to prove the child was his. I wouldn’t have anything to do with man and his family who threw her out in the cold with no place to go while she was carrying his baby. His family should have taken her in. She is more forgiving than me. Lastly I say, BABY CAME OUT SPEAKING SPANISH because the landlord spoke Spanish, that is the stupidest thing I’ve heard on Paternity Court.
Dude really saw the landlord was attractive, had money, was handy, and had his own business and realized the girl he was cheating on could do better 😂. He was scared

You know, when I first started watching the old paternity court episodes, I thought Judge Lake was sometimes unfair to the guys plus couldn't control the courtroom, but I have since changed my mind, which I'm entitled to. LOL! I really love this gorgeous judge. She truly cares and has a lot of compassion, and she tells it like it is, too!

The birth certificate is not signed on a copy in Florida. You sign the documents at the hospital and when u get the copy it has a seal and just list the parents.

Some people need a stern talking to about their behavior and some advice from a neutral party about moving forward in their lives. Like child support. They could care less about mediating and working on parents to get along and co-parent for the best interest of the child or children. They just want the money.

I really liked Ms Winslow when she got the results she just said, "thank you," and not scream " I told you!" I think that's because she's one of the few cases that really did know there was no other possible father. Those ones that scream, "I told you" over and over are the ones who really didn't know. That man was a fool talking about how the little baby spoke Spanish because the landlord is Columbian. I mean a real dumb dumb. But I'm glad he was happy at at least will be able to fully love this child as he does his others. I also hope he gets a vacectomy.
