It WAS A LAKE. Tulare lake 9th largest in the US at one point. Poor history lesson to not explain that.
Soe western Parts of Stockton is at or below sealevel.
I drove through Stockton last weekend it did not seem flooded, maybe the outskirts are.

The Central Valley is due for a big flood one of these days.
Well I think it is one of those days now. I just drove through there, it is getting pretty wet.
I say let it flood, we should have never built there in the first place..
