When I buy a whole chicken I just throw all the bones straight into a pot after dinner, fill with water and simmer until the next night. I then just put the broth straight into a soup. So easy, healthy, and you save a lot of money, since quality bone broth is so expensive.

There's not a "true" dairy swap, so it would depend on the meal. For example, having eggs for break-fast instead of yogurt/cottage cheese based meal or having a plant-based greek style yogurt if having a yogurt bowl.
I’m interested in gem, but I’m uncertain about the 6g of sugar per bite. Additionally, it contains ingredients like sunflower oil, safflower oil, quinoa, and oats, which are not part of my usual diet.

I sometimes use whole milk, but I mostly use almond/coconut milk. I prefer to get my protein in the smoothie from a more dense source (ex: skyr yogurt and protein powder). That way I can add other items for flavor (ex: banana, frozen berries, etc). But I *love love love* using whole milk for coffee.

What about grapes?
Also A2 milk comes from a special kind of cow and is easier to digest than milk coming from A1 cows.
