    When I buy a whole chicken I just throw all the bones straight into a pot after dinner, fill with water and simmer until the next night. I then just put the broth straight into a soup. So easy, healthy, and you save a lot of money, since quality bone broth is so expensive.

    Congratulations on baby number 2. I couldn't eat red meat in my first trimester either and relied on chicken, eggs and mozzarella cheese for my protein. I noticed that my Aldi carries a sprouted grain Ezekiel dupe in the fresh bread section Around $4. 70 Calories a slice. I'm enjoying it. I store it in the freezer and it toasts up nicely.

    I've seen your videos where you make your own yogurt and I'm wondering why you don't make your own peanut butter? It's incredibly easy if you have a food processor--just pour in the roasted peanuts and process until it releases the oil. It saves us a bunch of money, and more importantly, saves us from the chemicals and additives that is put into store-bought PB. (Or the high price of buying natural peanut butter from a health food store.) In any case, I love your videos and congrats on your second baby-to-be!

    Brodo bone broth has become a staple in my house. It comes in packets or sleeves and is clean and delicious. Much better than Kettle Fire in the flavor department.

    Hi! Quick question!! Is your protein powder made from 100% A2 milk? Have been avoiding A1 dairy due to endometriosis (seems to be helping with the pain) and it’s really difficult to find A2 protein powders so I’ve been having to use vegan powders.

    Losing fat was so easy for me, but getting muscle is really hard. It's not that I don't know how to workout, but I just didn't eat enough and I didn't eat right food. I had to invest in a meal plan. When I got one from OnlyMeal things started to get better immediately. Last two months I feel that I am much stronger and I feel much more confident about my body.

    Dairy causes horrible acne for me but no lactose intolerance. Any chance goat whey would be better since goats aren’t given the hormones to make them constantly produce milk?

    Hi Autumn, i love your tips, but I am completely allergic to cow dairy. What swaps do you suggest that are still nutritionally sound? I know there can be a lot of issues with some plant based dairy.

      There's not a "true" dairy swap, so it would depend on the meal. For example, having eggs for break-fast instead of yogurt/cottage cheese based meal or having a plant-based greek style yogurt if having a yogurt bowl.

      I have in the past but it's just one thing that I would rather buy to save the extra time and clean up. With Sage, baby #2 and running AEN, I don't have a ton of spare time, sadly! But I still love cooking most of my meals from scratch 😋

      I sometimes use whole milk, but I mostly use almond/coconut milk. I prefer to get my protein in the smoothie from a more dense source (ex: skyr yogurt and protein powder). That way I can add other items for flavor (ex: banana, frozen berries, etc). But I *love love love* using whole milk for coffee.
