- This is the one-off Maybach Exelero which was purchased in 2005 for $8 million and is worth a lot more than that today. The car was built to test a specific tyre. It can go over 350km/h as a concept! Check out all the details in the vid. Thanks to my Supercar fam! Much love, Alex

Well since its a concept car it didnt have to have any emission or exhaust adjustments made, so its basically straight piped oldschool merc V12.

Saw this thing a decade ago at the AMI( Autoshow in Leipzig, Germany) with my friends. Childhood memories coming back^^
I remember seeing this car in the Frankfurt Motorshow back in 2005, quite a stunning concept. One interesting fact about it is that the rims are from the Mercedes Vision SLR concept car from 1999.

I have seen this car before, at the Sydney Motor Show many years ago. Great to see it actually running.
Priced at 8 to 10 million. No air vents, but you can really feel the sound that way.

I do respect Supercar Blondie for her passion for cars and her rise into becoming a reference in the world of luxury car reviews and concept cars. It is a very cool channel really. But as a personal opinion, her style doesn't come close to in-depth and thorough reviews that needs to be made for such amazing cars: A luxury car isn't all about "cool features" and "wow effect" that she highlights at every video. For me, a perfect review needs to be about design, interior and exterior of course, but also performances, technical specs, road performance, driving technologies, etc, etc... This is why at some points, this channel is for me, more about bling bling cool features rather than a REAL car review channel. Just my two cents, I respect her work and place in the automotive industry nonetheless.
Totally in love with the engine. Maybe not the fastest amd definitely not pretty looking but wow what a sound.
If she wouldn't have mentioned the 350kmph top speed highlight, I absolutely couldn't have believed that it costed 8 million dollars!😂😂😂

I believe that the company was aiming for cars the likes of the Bentley Mulsanne Speed. The luxury super sports of the world, and it could have been that there was a big luxury car name that was rumoured to be get into the fast, sport cars lane so they did that to show case their tech? That's just me thinking.

I remember seeing this car in I think it was TopGear magazine back in the day so it was really interesting to see it in action. Alex when you come across these unusual cars can you show us under the hood/bonnet so we can get a look at the engine as petrol heads always like to see what powers a car. I actually saw this car at a classic car expo in Stuttgart the year it was introduced. The design was actually made by design students, it is not a beautiul car but among the most intimidating ever. It is the size of a mediterranian villa and looks like it belongs to a supervillian.
