As a korean, my mouth watered watching mikey eat that jjajangmyeon, and this was after eating 3 slices of pizza, a pasta, 2 meatballs and garlic bread lmao. wish i lived in seattle so i could support that hardworking elderly couple. their prices are great, though i hope their business does well
Dicks is a seattle institution. Burgers are awesome and cheap, and the fries are greasy goodness. If you can't see through the bag. it's not Dick's LOL
It's Sahm Gook Jih Palace, the second place on the list, and yes, the food is very authentic. They started doing only takeouts during the COVID shutdown and only recently reopened the dining area. It's one of my favorites.
The next time you are in the Seattle area check out Rise and Shine Bakery in Edmonds. Great Pho and Bhan mi. They also have fresh in-house made pastries and weekend special dishes.
I hope that couple gets a good boost in business after you promoting them so gleefully, because that food looks amazing! Nice to see they have so much variety there too. I'll have to hit up that Indian place if ever I head out there because I love Indian food dearly.
Man, I miss some of those Seattle and Lynnwood spots since I moved back down a bit south. I definitely need to check out the jjajangmyeon at Sahm Gook Jih. A lot of the places I used to like just aren't good anymore and cost over $15.
"There's a lot of noodles in here, yo!!" 😅 Omg, to my own heart be true!! ❤ Love when Mike switches from high end to my end!!! Good eating wherever!! Thanks, yo!!! Lol...
Apparently he only eats north of the lake and doesn't like the cheap eats in Columbiia City, Rainier Valley, the ID, or Othello area. I take umbrage with calling Lake Stevens, Snohomish and Lynwood Seattle. If I flew into Seattle and thought I could travel to those outlying neighborhoods easily sans car...HAHAHAHAHA. They're suburbs that aren't even on the light rail or bus lines. His actual Seattle choices are good.
It's not in Seattle, but you should try Saya in Kent if you never have. The Karrage is amazing as is everything else on her menu. Go early because once they run out of hand rolled egg rolls for the day they are out she only makes them once a day.
Ox Burger used to only have pork burgers, as Taurus Ox had on the Lao Burger. They must’ve changed to beef in the past 6 months or so. Pork worked in the Lao burger, but I didn’t care for it on a regular burger, so I’ll have to try again w/ the beef (I live 2 blocks away).
Mike~ you're a lucky man! The Korean Jajangmyeon place only for take-out and I couldn't have a chance to eat on-site which means never had just cooked warm food. Looks so yummy~!
Next time you go to dick’s, HIGHLY recommend getting a side of onions and tartar sauce, and put that in your cheeseburger. A little bit of fries in the burger if you want too. Heavenly.
Love watching you for local affordable eats and would love to try these places. I would really appreciate a quick note on any vegetarian options you see there if possible.
Still, Mike can't get through a sentence without saying "aBsOLuTeLy" 🤡 Mike! I want to keep listening to you, so stop saying that word every 3 sentences. 🙄 Jesus.
Literally I've never heard that come out of your mouth. I've seen some ginormous plates you've eaten. Good on you man for self-control. For real though that looks like a huge heaping bowl. I don't blame you. I was just shocked to hear" I might not be able to finish "this from you.
@ that’s what I am saying… why? A food truck ‘can’ do it for half the price. But nothing is cheap in America, and Seattle wants to be New York so everything has to be expensive.

As a Korean, I thought you were only allowed to eat noodles!? Ooooh that better have been a noodle pizza.. 😄
I'm a Korean living in Seattle and now know about this place. 네 몫까지 내가 먹어줄게!
Great to see Mikey back in Seattle showing us some great eats.
Mikey claiming he'll have trouble finishing a bowl of noodles is very telling of the portion size he was served.
Honestly, if he says he might struggle with the size, you could take that to the bank.
Seriously, I’ve tried to eat all the noodles at the Korean place and the noodles just keep on coming, it feels endless! It’s a 3 person meal.
Happy to see others enjoying our local Chicken Drive-In! Their burgers are so good.
You should try Katsu Burger! The meat is dipped in batter, coated in panko breadcrumbs and deep fried. The Japanese sauces are amazing.
Happy to see Yeh Yeh's on here, super underrated spot!!! I basically eat here everyday too
Man you eat like a local! You definitely know where to eat here!! Always nice to have you back in Washington Mike!
Dicks is a seattle institution. Burgers are awesome and cheap, and the fries are greasy goodness. If you can't see through the bag. it's not Dick's LOL
This is literally just a list of all my favorite places to eat in Seattle 😍 thanks for bringing attention to my beloved Spice Waala!!
Happy New Year Mikey...🎉
Omg that stir-fried jjajangmyeon looks great! Yum!😋
It's Sahm Gook Jih Palace, the second place on the list, and yes, the food is very authentic. They started doing only takeouts during the COVID shutdown and only recently reopened the dining area. It's one of my favorites.
Good to see you back in Seattle Mike
The next time you are in the Seattle area check out Rise and Shine Bakery in Edmonds. Great Pho and Bhan mi. They also have fresh in-house made pastries and weekend special dishes.
The homemade soft baguette is the best!
I hope that couple gets a good boost in business after you promoting them so gleefully, because that food looks amazing! Nice to see they have so much variety there too. I'll have to hit up that Indian place if ever I head out there because I love Indian food dearly.
Thank you for sharing such delicious looking restaurants!! As a person who prefers to save some $$ this will come in handy as a local.😋😋
Man, I miss some of those Seattle and Lynnwood spots since I moved back down a bit south. I definitely need to check out the jjajangmyeon at Sahm Gook Jih. A lot of the places I used to like just aren't good anymore and cost over $15.
Great eats as always, Mike.😋
you still need to visit SOUTH seattle theres even more food spots you skip
This

love when you go to PNW Mike. Good callback to lockdown days watching Mike tells us ghost stories in his Seattle apartment.
the jaja myun owners are Chinese and they speak Korean and Chinese
It's not in Seattle, but you should try Saya in Kent if you never have. The Karrage is amazing as is everything else on her menu. Go early because once they run out of hand rolled egg rolls for the day they are out she only makes them once a day.
Mike, I wish you would come and visit the newly opened T&T Supermarket in Factoria. it's crazy busy right now but I would love your take on the place.
Ok thanks a lot. Now I have to go to Lynnwood to sample more of your recommendations!
You missed the tartar sauce at Dick’s! So good with the fries and burgers.
Omg I pass by yeh yehs all the time and have never tried it! I will make it a point to try it now
i put the sriracha and hoison sauce in the little sauce bowl for dipping, i don't like tarnishing the broth's natural flavors
Cheap eats is not easy to find..especially in Seattle...this should be good!
Really appreciate the effort to venture out of Seattle proper on this trip.
You said you don’t know if you can finish this? Yeah right bro! That’s a good one🤣🤣🤣
Tokyo Ya in Federal Way is the best ramen on the Westcoast.
TWO GIANT BOWLS?? Mike you monster 😅
The pho 🍜 looks really good 👍🏼 one of my favorites
Mikey, you gotta go to Grill Bird, The Westy, Bakery Nouveau, and Endolyne Joe's in West Seattle.
All these places are within walking distance for me! Amazing content
I seriously can watch Mikey eat all day.
19:10 OGs remember that day of pain. Mikey took down that chicken curry from hell like a champ!
I was about to goto sleep but saw this, time to make some food and watch haha
$11.75 for Pho?!! I live in Redmond and my favorite pho place charge $19.50 for large pho tai!!
Thanks Mike for these awesome recommendations!!
all this food looks delicious!
We have a Dicks in Spokane ,WA which I personally think is better then the one in Seattle
I'm glad u got to go to yehs yehs in Lynnwood, that's our favorite place for good bahn mi
Dick’s burger one of the best burgers and dangerous burger also! Location wise at night 😅😅😅
I wasn't sure what I was going to have for dinner, but I'm definitely making my favorite instant Jajangmeyon tonight.
I live in Washington, and Yeah Yeah's is one of my favorite restaurants! I love the Bbq brisket banh mi!!! So good!!! 😋
And Dick's burgers!!!!
Super foodie tour! Happy New Year, Micky😅🎉
19:53 Anuv Jain playing in the back 😭
Love your content! Thanks For another amazing year ❤❤
I love eating like u sir
Those meals look phoking good!
MIKE THESE FIRST 3 AREN'T SEATTLE THIS IS IN EDMONDS/LYNNWOOD GET IT RIGHT
My guy needs to brave 12th and Jackson and get the $6 Banh Mis at Saigon Deli.
Please go to Philly for a food tour, Mike. It's not all cheesesteak, good, or bad. Philly has its own Chinatown.
Mikey Chen ! 💯
Come back to Vancouver ❤😊
I live in Everett, and they are putting in a Dick's right near my house and should be ready by summer of 2025
You should try Doug's burger in Bellingham Wa. Or the cabin tavern has a good burger too
Might be the best jajangmyun ive ever seen. The one near me only uses ground pork so i cant see the meat and charges 11 for a smaller portion.
When did you film this? Sahm Gook Jih palace is take out only since covid. Also, their potion is big, we split the noodle between two different meals.
They only recently opened back up for dine in
Hey, if you're still in the area, you have to try El Mariachi tacqueria in Everett. Amazing birria tacos! Life-changing, some say.
Gotta go to Pilchuck in Snohomish best burgers around and fries and shakes
I totally love bagets, love the content.
But is it umami? Is it full of it?
I pay $14 for my Pho in Tacoma. Those sandwiches are pretty cheap too. Oodles of noodles.
You sure can sniff out some great deals!
What do you think they use the stacks of Chicken of the Sea for?
probably for gimbap
hey Mikey! that jaja myun place is legit and they actually give those portions. its not just for your show.
Noodles and 2 banh mi for breakfast is crazy😂
Mike~ you're a lucky man! The Korean Jajangmyeon place only for take-out and I couldn't have a chance to eat on-site which means never had just cooked warm food. Looks so yummy~!
It's because they only recently opened back up for dine in!
Where is this place? Please let me know it looks amazing
Next time you go to dick’s, HIGHLY recommend getting a side of onions and tartar sauce, and put that in your cheeseburger. A little bit of fries in the burger if you want too. Heavenly.

What's with all that canned tuna? 🐔🌊
I thought you left Seattle and move to Houston
Wow you're missing out at having food at Pilchuck Drive In in Snohomish.
Yo back in Seattle?
Happy New Years 🎉🎉🎉
Literally I've never heard that come out of your mouth. I've seen some ginormous plates you've eaten. Good on you man for self-control.
For real though that looks like a huge heaping bowl. I don't blame you. I was just shocked to hear" I might not be able to finish "this from you.
You ever been to Spokane Mike?
What’s with the 10-12 cases of chicken of the sea
probably for gimbap
2:00 we usually ask for extra veggies.
mikey next time please go to pho than brothers in edmonds wa. Best PHO in the area period.
Dicks is the best place, they used to sell the fries in a giant square
If the bread isn't made of yoga mat I don't want it!
love that you enjoyed yourself in my hometown. 🥰
HE'S using this second channel to offset his main You Tube money maker one no doubt.
Seattle and cheap eats in one sentence? That's shocking!
lol Snohomish isn’t seattle
It’s close to an hr drive
1:59 Bruh... come down to vancouver WA. We ain't eating no "light" pho.....come on down........banh mi is wayyyy more fire.....wtf
It is crazy how we call something over $10 cheap, and it’s a dish that is traditionally super cheap in its country of origin.
It’s cheap considering US pricing
@ that’s what I am saying… why? A food truck ‘can’ do it for half the price. But nothing is cheap in America, and Seattle wants to be New York so everything has to be expensive.
@@Raver_S_Thompson The portion size is huge though. If it was a much smaller portion then it wouldn't be a deal.
Spice wala makes tamales?
I wonder how he can just go from place to place back to back like that
So glad to see you were not on that south Korea flight. How do you feel about flying there now?
I've driven by that Chicken Drive in so many times. Never stopped in. I'll have to give it at try.
A good pho place should have these condiments, fish sauce; soy sauce; hoisen sauce; sugar; chili oil; salt; pepper; and beef paste.
It's a mediocre to terrible pho place if they don't have fish sauce or $0.99 fish sauce.😊
Mikey, what are your intervals like between these meals? We need context please.
21:27 bruh
Napkin please!
Every time u eat i want to eat stop 😅
