Jersey Jack games are visually beautiful, but in my experience they are some of the most unreliable machines on the market. My Local arcade (which is also a weekly league location with great techs) got a Hobbit when it first came out and the beast pop ups were malfunctioning with in a month. Wizard forget it I go to reply fx every year and that machine is maybe working 5 hours at most the entire weekend. Willy Wonka was more software issues then anything else. I haven't gotten to much time in on Pirates so I can't speak for that. But out of all the ones I've played Dialed In seem to be the best of the bunch and if I were to buy a JJP that would be it.
