Nobody is praising you enough. Carpenter, engineer and electrician at it's finest. I just kept smiling throughout the video because of how you always had solution to things I don't even understand. This is one of the greatest videos I've ever watched on TH-cam. If you opened shop, you'd give ThrustMaster a run for their money.
This video is inspiring. I've been watching a lot of these DIY racing wheel/pedal videos lately, looking for ideas. This video is the best of them all, for sheer ingenuity. The toilet paper holder springs in the pedals: genius. The clever use of L-brackets: genius! The H shifter: genius! I could go on.. This man is clearly very skilled, but presents this video in a way that makes me feel like "I could do that!"

I actually watched the whole video in awe at this guy's genius. I recently built my first sim rig out of wood and its a big boy lol but i used a wheel peddles and a shifter, he took it to the next level and built everything.. This was such a good video man, thanks 👍
Oh my god the wheel even spins back into place!! This kid is awesome. I watched both parts. This is awesome, way cooler than anything you can buy in stores. I also loved how he reused the parts from the controller but spaced them out around the build to make it more organized. I love this so much. Subbed

Not to bash on him or anything, i likr it personally, but if you train enough with a fanatec direct drive, it will get you to f1 esports, this will get you to more or less normal driving

I was able to assemble it myself with no difficult and I am not an engineer or a put-it-together expert. The chair is super comfortable, I play video games for roughly 3-4 hours at a time and it does not make my back hurt or neck hurt. The Reclining function actually surprised me because it goes very low, you could fall asleep on it ( and in fact i have while laying on it with a foot rest for my legs). The red is a bold choice and I usually stay away but I love how the red and black contrast looks on this type of material. The wheels on this chair are very very quiet, I have wood vinyl in my apartment and there is absolutely no noise. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND or BUY IT AGAIN !

s4n714g000 I recently ordered a thrustmaster t150, it’s supposed to be a a little worse, but if you order it from Walmart, you can get the pro version for $200, or the Logitech for $280 with the shifter, I should’ve waited and gotten the Logitech, I regret it a little bit

Nice to see I am not the only one "piggybacking" the button board on the wheel (though I have a Logitech Momo). I quickly found out the floating earth with 2 buttons on 1 pin with 1 button pulling it low to 0V and one raising it to somewhere around 3 V was pretty problematic to work around so I soldered buttons to that board just as well.

But a airsoft you buy won't go off and hit someone meters to the right of where you shot.
