I enjoyed it. I’ve decided to scale down my equipment, way down!! So I ordered this equipment. It’s not just for “beginners” it’s also good for us mix djs who just want a minimal set up for mixing our favorite tracks or preparing sets. This video proves that.
Dope nice... and because youre video and nice mix i'm now about thinking to sell my gear and to buy a s2 mk3... but im unsure because 3,5mm headphone out only, only 1 master out and only 1 effect knob? but ok to control fx i can made a custom midi controller outside but no booth out, no 6,5mm head out, no xlr mic input? But ok, maybe that are problems that arent problems, because y-cable & co and adapters :o :D and nice rescued/saved on 11:00 :D

Keep in mind that i think i want to use either tracktor pro 3 or recordbox for software. Or does any controller work best w any software?
Hi nice review ! Question how do we resolve the low headphone issue of the mk3 version ? I read somewhere that by using the charger volume is increased significantly ... is that correct ? Thanks ! Philippe
If you search for "Firmware Updater for Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3" there's an update for the controller that addresses this issue. At the moment, the latest version is 1.4.0, released in June 2022. My updated S2 MK3 headphone output can get uncomfortably loud running from USB power, with mid-sensitivity headphones (Numark Redwave).
Thank you bro for feedback. I shouldn't give tips because I'm a newbie :) ... maybe just one tip ... enjoy it. It's all about fun;) The console is not pro equipment, but very good to learn basic skills. I recommend you a crossfader channel. You'll find many good tips there.

Trop de flanger, tue le flanger mdr c est horrible de l'entendre sur tout les morceaux. Mettre les deux basse a certain moment tu flinguera les HP sur une sono. Pas trop de punch ni de créativité. Le choix des morceaux sont vraiment bien mais t'as technique et trop repetive. Aucune prise de risque. Defois faut ose pour pas être trop linéaire dans le mix. Car les gens vont s'ennuyer. Mais s'il te plaît arrête avec ton flanger 😂

is there a way to change the A and B l.e.d. meter to display master volume in the software options ?

Thx this was part of the controller package. I use device number to register traktor 3 sw.

Depends on your needs. This controler is entry level, but it is working well for home or small partys.
