Hi I have some question regarding Alpha Fan remote control, which the Alpha Fan support was unable to help. I have paired one remote control to multiple alpha ceiling fans (one ceiling fan had a broken remote so I paired another existing remote to 2 fans). Now I have no idea how to unpair the remote from the ceiling fan. Is there any way I can unpair the remote from a fan, or reset a ceiling fan (from its PCB) so that it will forget all paired remotes? Really need some advice here. Thanks.
Kat rumah saya pakai alpha cosa cx699. Mantop, nyaman, senyap, 4speed, cop sirim dan warranty motor 3tahun. Ok la sbb rega murah.
Kebanyakan Kipas kurang rosak. Rosak pun remote control sahaja. 👍

我有一把Alpha吊扇的遥控器坏了，在新的遥控还没送到之前，我就自行用另一把同类型的吊扇的遥控和这把吊扇进行配对。现在一个遥控器可以同时遥控2把风扇。
现在新的遥控器已经来了，可是我找不到办法reset之前已经配对上的遥控，请问可以提供一下建议吗？我已经问过了Alpha的support，他们还是没办法给我解决方案，唉～
