How I would like this KDK model to be sold in the Dominican Republic since the ones sold are the B56X5, N56LG, N56YG and M56LG and the control too since those from the DR have the numbers on the control and not on the wheel of control

hi, is it KDK fans more likely to wobble? or because the installation not good enough causing it to very shaky and noisy ya?
Hi, normally metal flaps will have wobble issues. This is because the flaps are accidentally bent a little when we bring the fan up to the ceiling. its just like a car alignment can be adjusted.
But for the noisy sound normally is the canopy(the fan cover) try to avoid the cover hitting the motor when it rotates. and for the top part canopy try not to stick too close to the ceiling leave some 10mm gap.
if the noisy sound comes from the motor you could spray some WD-40 lubricant at the center of the rod and the motor area would help.
if after applying the lubricant, but the sounds are still there then probably is the bearing issue, you can consider replacing a new fan, not worth repairing.

Hi, how do u secure your hook on plaster ceiling/gypsum board ceiling? If directly screw hook on plaster ceiling will the whole fan drop?
U can’t install the hook on plaster ceiling, must install at brick with the anchoring bolts, gypsum board can’t sustain the weight
Hi James, there is 2 method to mount the fan hook on ceiling.
You can either use anchoring bolts like our friend (CG Teh) suggestions. Or use a wood to install fan hook.
For me I prefer wood and ceiling metals strip's.. Because I use to it..
Both anchoring or wood works.. important is the top side must mount on concrete ceiling or roof trusses to have an extra support.
An of cause cut the ceiling board and some patchwork takes part in this work too.
I use a 2inch*4inch , 3ft length wood strip.
- fan hook with 2*4 type.
-some ceiling strip's ..
Wood place horizontally, Put the hook on the wood, use ceiling metal strips to overlap the hook and wood screw it to secure on the sides and top. And this will be your custom fan hook.
Next steps is to find a place that desire. Cut a 2ft hole in order to allow your body to access to the top.
Then mount the custom made hook on the ceiling. Don't forget to add few support strip's , punch some holes on the concrete or mount on the roof trusses with ceiling strip's for extra support.
Hope u get the idea.

你好，你可以尝试喷点wd-40 润滑油。 风扇有两个canopy盖，拉开下面的 然后在rod 的中间喷点下去。 这样会减低摩擦。

如果你是用这款风扇的话可以， 五金店有卖。 最短的有8吋，长的有4尺都有。 如果要改再短点你就需要道具来“转洞”。 可是那个风扇盖可能就要牺牲一个，因为不够位放了
您好，请问regulator的电线有分火线零线吗？
你好， regulator 其实两条都是火线。
原本在switch通往风扇的电线我们把它从switch拆出来,
放进regulator, 这regulator 还有一个链接电线的出口我们拿一条短的电线，一边接regulator 另一边进刚才在switch拆出来的链接口。
这样就可以用过regulator 来调风扇转动的速度。

九尺还好，你可以换短的rod . 五金店有卖8寸，10寸的。。 买了就跟原装的替换。

你好， 这个风扇的墙壁开关钮是有和其他灯的一起吗？
如果有就是说这风扇的（L) 链接有问题。因为其他的灯都可以正常操作。
你需要开风扇的盖来查看是否电线链接正确。 如果电线不小心相碰也会有这跳闸问题。
如果你看到电线链接是正确的， 那就把风扇自己的电线松开拆出来， 你准备一个LED downlight 链接到吊顶的那条电线来测试是否可以操作。
如果不能就是这条电路出问题。
如果能，就是风扇问题

那个没有live 的黄不要链接青，不然也会跳电， 那个青也有可能是黑线。
所以两条青把它包好。 首先要确认看两条ceiling 来的黄，链接风扇一个L，一个N. 如果风扇会启动就恭喜你。 剩下那两条青就可以链接风扇earth. (不链接也可以，但把它包好)
如果没live的黄链接了N,风扇不会启动，那其中一条青就是黑线来的

风扇会摇是什么问题
多数是因为叶子不平衡

先检查下红色开switch的话，testpen 测到有电吗。。
天花板三条黑要棒在一起， 然后和风扇的N 连接。
那三条青线也是棒在一起和风扇的青接起来。
如果红色有电源。那就要检查黑线了
你有downlight 吗？ 用它来接去红跟黑，看看这point有没有问题。
三条黑的要接好， 不然没有N 电路不完整，风扇启动不了。
红色的有电，我连接后，开switch青线也有电，是不是黑线有可能是地线来的？

看声音是来自上面挂钩还是马达部位。 可以喷点WD-40 油在马达哪里。 如果是挂钩那边，上面的壳就别锁太高，留一个手指位
马达那边转动发出的声音 已经喷了油还是一样吱吱声 而且风扇的力度明显慢了很多 不过我的吊扇牌子是National已经用20年了 应该是够钟了吧？😥 。请问师傅有什么牌子的风扇经济实惠又大风的 求介绍🤓
20年， 可以换了。 耐用的话就是kdk 的regulator fan.
虽然现在的remote fan 价钱便宜，可是说起耐用还是kdk regulator 款。 K15v0 价钱大约 160-170(少于两百)
