Nice race there. I myself have not run a 10k since the COVID days. And back then it was the FNB City Run type races that my casual running friends made me enter. It's interesting to see what speeds and times can be achieved in the shorter distances, because marathon training has so little track and interval training for us non-elites. The long run becomes our bread and butter.
