The chronicle do have no fighting and it is a progolue, it took me around a week to finish but it was fun knowing all the lore. I say get it done in small doses while playing the game.
I’ll eventually get this Ver . Of the first game so I can sell my prior version. I just got II :) I love guilty gear, Blazblue & Melty blood and of course UNIB. There’s so much charm put into all these 2D or cell-shaded fighters.
Nice! it's on sale rn was curious to know the difference between this version later [cl-r] and mine which is exe late [st] because cl-r costs so much more
Yeah it seems that Steam has a lot more discounts than eshop. Looks like it's on sale there every couple months but that doesn't help you if your only option is eshop.
There's the training mission where you have to do three specials in one VO and then there's the mission where you have to "miss" the final special because it was already used in the combo. Both of them took far longer for me to complete than the rest of the missions. iirc I was buffering too early. I had a similar experience with Carmine though I only played with him briefly. Gordeau, Byakuya, and Akatsuki felt way easier at a low level of playing.

Just got this game a week ago and completely agree with Hyde, dash inputs + the speed of his 236B rekka stuff was way too much for me lmao

They also released a new game this past week called "UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes" so at the moment that's the latest one.

*might’ve been the three wallbounces instead of the repeating special. Would need to rewatch my footage
