money has moved from banks to stocks, thanks to stupid policies taxing everything. Inflation reaching heights. FD returns are taxed at income levels.
FD were taxed and returns on fd and pf was reduced deliberately to push middle class to the stock market. I distinctly remember Sitaraman proudly declaring in the parliament that our retail investor has taken stock market's weight on his shoulders. Now even short term gains are taxed. Either she and her secretaries are fools with short term vision, or their is some tax bomb coming that we dont know about yet.

Incompetent fool
i am in *OB... Life sucks.. Rm is bas%%%
Simple reason, mismatch of pay and work demand. Besides that new recruits are bullied by seniors and they have to deal with the Indian public (mostly dehatis)
Left SBI job because my lunch break reduced to only once in a day. Being an SBI employee, i thought I was entitled for lunch break thrice in a day. Now I am selling tea and pakodas in front of India Gate which helps me have lunch 24x7.
😂
Just see the target pressure of bankers from senior managers. Hdfc and others are forcing employees to open accounts every week, sell insurance products etc etc.
Not every week,it’s everyday brada….😂
Literally exams similar to UPSC for a job that pays you the bare minimum.. who would actually survive? Unreasonable high targets and sales jobs exist in the banking world. Gone are the good old days of banks
All money from bank are now with stock market.....Thanks to the ad ....."Mutual funds sahi hai !!! "
Shame for governments to providing freebies causing this problems
Right
Nahi tu new strategy bana kar de government ko ki vote kaisa lana ha logo ka
I joined banking in 2007 and believe me pressure was always there. Even of bjp or congress is in power doesn't matter
Horrible ! Targets, spoiling health of the employees.
This is happening perhaps only in the sales fields. The service side of PSUs still seems incredibly lousy - in case this news piece wants to imply that bank employees are having to work harder. If this is true, unfortunately their hard work does not seem to show in the service fields of banks! 😮😮
Indian private banking jobs are worst am😢ng all the industry
I am newly joined po in india largest bank SBI . but after joining the bank i realised that it is one of the worst place for officer no timing and daily unavailable target and frequent transfer .i also posted in andhra and i am from up . Don't know the language and food is totally different.
You should have given ur home state as 1st preference circle.!!!
@@mizriya9428 what's are taking .i even never imagined i will get this circle. My first choice was lucknow circle then delhi and then Chandigarh.amarawati was on 14 number
@@mizriya9428 doesnt matter. Vacancies are more in southern India. All northies get thrown there.
Wion is coming back to it’s commendable news again.❤
Employees r forced to do marketing n sales, core banking roles r snatched from them
But my brother very happy in PSU banks..
Highest pressure and lowest salary
Only private sector banks employees left where officers get 15000-20000 monthly salary and works more than 8 hours.
The entry salary of govt banks, NABARD, SIDBI and RBI are much higher than any banks in the world as there is no target pressure like private sector banks. Life will be comfortable after just passing an entrance exam.
Indian banking industry worse....if anybody went to comma due to heart attack , or due to accident...Bank dont give his assest to his family for his treatment....Nomination only start working after death.....Indian banking is hell...
Credit is thee biggest culprit!!! Credit inflates everything from economy to personal income way above the actual levels.
Money lenders which includes modern banking will kill for credit creation let alone pressuring employees.
All credit goes to our Honourable FM..
banking job is basically a sales job with insane targets.
Problem is banks don't even give proper sales incentives. Very low cut bonus is there on sales target if only when it's achieved. If you work in other sales role in some other sector, you get a decent cut for every product u sell.
India should have strict labour laws for us. Be it banking, consulting or IT, we are exploited by companies (through unreasonable targets) and government (through unreasonable taxes).
It's funny that while preparing for govt jobs, I cracked an entry level job at a very large scale central public sector bank and at the same time, a pay level 4 job in state govt and despite pressure from parents and all, I decided to go with state job which was paying way less than what bank was offering. Boy was I right..
Nowadays there aren’t many customers in the Banks because one can get things done online-i guess they can run the bank with less staff-voluntary retirement
…
Hate my job in PSU
Millions are there to replace them. No issue I find.
Then write exam and get the job who stops you
Nobody talks about expenses. I agree with all who say banking jobs are stressful. My uncle also worked in banks. In 1990s also they worked from 9 to 8 pm. They also had targets. Their salary was around 15k. But all day to day expenses was managed with that salary. Now even 50k is not enough. Schopl fees are high, also people indulge in unecessary expenses like shopping, malls movies. Earlier we uses to buy max 2 new dresses in a year. Now it has increased. And people end up taking loans to manage expenses. I have a colleage who earned 80k per month. This was 10 years back. That money was not enough for 3 people family. He used to borrow from other colleagues. He had one more child. His borrowing increased until others gave him lecture to handle expenses
Every year industries increase their target while keeping the same headcount 😂😂
5 day banking karwado
Step 1 to fix this:
Criticise the current government
Step 2: Vote out BJP
Criticism is important before voting then out so that the new government doesn't introduce shit policies like the BJP government which in turn will pressurise the people.
Step 3: when the new government forms, criticise them also when they do something wrong
Job pressure and low pay is main reason
