  • The credit boom and robust economic growth are propelling India's banks to branch out into new areas and industries. However, a disturbing side effect of the pressure for businesses to produce is, one of the worst turnover rates for bankers in the world.

I was offered a relationship manager job at ICICI, went to interview and then they disclosed that it will be a field job that I will have to go door to door to do sale. I played along said I am ok with this profile got the offer letter and rejected their offer. I did it because had they told me that it would be field job I wouldn't have showed up for the interview. I wasted their time because they wasted mine.

If I take ratio of x(e.g 10 lakhs worth of insurance per day) and Y(salary of employee lets assume it 2000 per day) so this ratio is 500:1 a pretty normal profit ratio for companies, now if you employee 2 people while reducing a bit of workload and even if theh achieve only 8 lakh each the ratio will become 400:1 now in this case profit is only of 399 parts (400 parts -1 part) when compared to 499 of previous one but here is the caveat that 400 parts is equal to 16 lakhs that means 15.96 lakhs of profit while on only one employee the profit was 9.98 lakhs.

Even in private school's owners are exploting teachers. Students are too over burdened with lots of books, extra pressure, uniforms, shoes, so called co-curricular activities etc.
Private schools are really disaster for India. Mark Below points :
    1) Lots of fees for students.
    2) No scholarship for students cauze they (schools )don't apply.
    3) Students are forced to buy schools Uniforms, note books, shoes, bags and much more.. Private schools are becoming sellers.
    4) Teachers are over burdened with working hours with less salary.
    5) Private schools are replacing teachers cause of they Dont want give higher salary to other old teachers who have worked more than 3 or four years.
    6) Students can't adjust with new teacher. And these effect their study.
    7) They have no time or teacher for weak students.
    8) No playground or no P. T. Teacher who can attract students for sports. Mostly private schools have no grounds
    9) Classes are running with a large number of students. 70+ in one just one class

Low wages in the entry level coupled with lack of training on the complex financial products and tax rules, higher pressure on mid level employees, lot of mundane work at branch level due sudden huge financial inclusion (50 crore new customers across India post demonitisation), etc. collectively all these and a few more contribute to the exodus...

Nobody talks about expenses. I agree with all who say banking jobs are stressful. My uncle also worked in banks. In 1990s also they worked from 9 to 8 pm. They also had targets. Their salary was around 15k. But all day to day expenses was managed with that salary. Now even 50k is not enough. Schopl fees are high, also people indulge in unecessary expenses like shopping, malls movies. Earlier we uses to buy max 2 new dresses in a year. Now it has increased. And people end up taking loans to manage expenses. I have a colleage who earned 80k per month. This was 10 years back. That money was not enough for 3 people family. He used to borrow from other colleagues. He had one more child. His borrowing increased until others gave him lecture to handle expenses

    Step 2: Vote out BJP
Criticism is important before voting then out so that the new government doesn't introduce shit policies like the BJP government which in turn will pressurise the people.
Step 3: when the new government forms, criticise them also when they do something wrong
