Hi Tish! I am not a vegan or even a vegetarian but you truly inspire me. I am single mom of 3 girls and my middle girl who is 11 wants to be vegan. It is tough we live here in America. I want to encourage her but it seems so expensive. I am slowly moving towards that route, we ha e incorporated like plant based yogurts and such but I am truly inspired by you and know that we would be great friends if we knew each other lol.
