    Wonderful artistry and technical skill, as ever. You make rings effortlessly. Tight joins and easy soldering. Anybody watching who hasn’t made silver rings before - it is definitely not as easy as Silver Meister makes it look. Great respect.

    Hi S-M,
    I just love it when you make pens. I make them myself, but your craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. Also the way you incorporate your silver work, it takes my breath away.
    Thanks for sharing your talent!

    I am in love with this mechanical pencil, beautiful work and excellent craftmanship!! I have recently been interested in learning how to make pens but I haven't made any yet. As an expert , could you please advise those who would like to get started on pen turning, what path to go into learning the making or where to begin please? It is a pleasure to watch your pen making videos

      Your question is too broad and difficult to answer.

      It is very difficult to explain in detail. sorry

    ❤❤❤❤❤ I'm a beginner, but I watch your videos every day and I love them. Your work and results are of absolute perfection. I noticed that you do not use CA for the end of the finish, as many echo. Apart from camellia oil, what else do you use for finishes? What could you recommend? Thank you❤❤❤

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I use a finish made by an acquaintance who shares information about pen making.
      It's not for sale, it's what he made for me.

    You have made once again a beautiful mechanical pencil!!! You did an excellent job making it as well!! Is that the lath you started with or did you get a bigger one as you went along growing?? I've thought about doing this but it takes money I don't have though or know when a market for them would be
    Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up

    What was it that you used after the #800 grit... was that a piece of a cork belt?

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is sponge sandpaper.
      About #1000~#1500 grit.

    • @stevealford230
      @stevealford230 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SilverMeister Thank you very much, sir. If you ever use a belt grinder, I highly recommend the 3M Scotch-Brite belts for finishing and final polish. They're like sponge and cork, but more homogeneous and precise, imo. But obviously your system works beautifully as it is. Thank you for the amazing content.

      Where I live, the way I've been working, working with the tools that are most readily available is the most efficient.
