Toro Timemaster Belt Burning Issue!!! Brake Arm Replacement

Toro Timemaster Brake arm replacement. This is a common cause of PTO belt breaking. These parts wear out causing the belt to become just a little bit loose which in turn causes the belt to start to slip which eventually causes it to break.
