Armenia has no recognition at all from Pakistan. North Korea does not recognize South Korea and vice versa. Generally, there are quite a few large and famous countries which have non-full list of recognitions

then you have exiled governments (Tibet), breakaway states (Somaliland), DOUBTFUL sovereign entities (Northern Cyprus) and startup micronations (Padania, Sealand...)
and definitely not partial self-ruling entities (Niue, Cook Islands) who have agreements with over-ruler
