    Schmidt can't coach.
There's no attack, he's trying to pick ''safe'' players who offer no advantages over their opposition.
There's no risks and thus no rewards.
Wallies just end up defending all night and playing to the oppositions game style rather than imposing their own.
It's not all his fault of course, ARU is mostly the problem.
But Schmidt is the one who selected some pretty ordinary super rugby players in his squad and they're clearly well below the required standard.
My guess is he'll keep picking the same guys whilst expecting different results 🤡

Lolesio massive problem at 10. Awful kicking game, goal kicking woefully inconsistent and 11-15 barely see any ball. I don’t mind Paisami at 12 but he needs to respect ball security more.
Whilst I am all for a super rugby only mentality in relation to selection, I don’t think the wallabies simply have enough quality to justify it. Sorely need an experienced 10.
That being said, Springboks are by far the best team in the world and we are 9th. Did anyone expect any different?

Aus rugby been in trouble for quite a number of years to be honest, it’s now in the last 2 years where we are seeing how bad it really is. Don’t think rugby union is that favoured at a school level or even club level and some of the decisions by RA are just questionable. Nothing against Joe, he’s a classy coach but I’m not sure why they got rid of Dave Rennie. The progress he’d made from 2020 to 2022 with a group of players he’d identified was impressive, Wallabies definitely had some bite and whilst his last year had some poor results, throwing him out a few months out before a World Cup was just poor management. I don’t even know how Aus rugby makes it back to being top tier, and I don’t know if Joe has the time (I believe he’s only signed a 2 year contract)or player pool to get them there

Talk about trying to b💩 everyone. Wallabies were never in the game, never looked like winning. Initially I thought Fassi's try had interference but replays showed that Aus knocked the ball on and out of the contact area. Aus no.3 over extended at scrum so that penalty was a guess as well. Sad day for Aus but they are in a mess and Arg will drill them if Arg rocks up for the game. Hopeless effort unfortunately from Aus. Don't have the personnel to take rugby union forward at the moment.

Rugby union is in a good state in South Africa as many players of color have latched on to the game, and it is evident that they should never have been isolated from the game pre 1994. Soccer is the national sport in South Africa by popularity, but does not do as well as Rugby union. This has brought the quality of South African rugby to the top. It might just be that the Boks might remain at the top for a long while to come. Of course Rassies investment strategy wqs the key. I really hope that Aussie rugby returns to its former glory.

'Tactical injuries' sounds like a term that a tough keyboard warrior called Pieter Erasmus would make up. What would you come up with next? A video ranting about the referee's performance?😇
Speaking of red card and poor tackling technique, SA were lucky Siya Kolisi didn't get red carded at the RWC final for the exact same high tackle that cost the All Blacks their captain in the same game.

I can't stand to read the comment section of wallabies post-match content anymore. It's either wallabies 'fans' complaining they're not playing like the '90 - '00 wallabies after 5 games or toxic opposition fans. Not exactly showing rugby values. Let joe do his job and stop slandering the players. This whole cheating viewpoint is pathetic. Players get injured, and player wellbeing is important. Get over yourselves.
