Imma use this video as a guide for my next practice. Love the break down for no thumb approach. I find myself all over the place when I’m practicing. Slowing down is always the best thing when it comes to bowling.
NEEDED this bro, will definitely add this to my my toolkit on practice days as well as league. GREAT content, continue dropping 🔥🔥🔥, much blessings fam…..
Thank you for this video. There isnt many one hand no thumb videos out there and i made the switch 2 Summers ago. I will definitely work on these as my issue is always timing
Theirs no absolute right way to bowl, I would try both and see which is more comfortable and helps you score. That’s the main thing I tell people to focus on: comfort and scoring. Hope that helps
How do you like your 2 holes drilled in? Do you use inserts within them too? And do you prefer smaller holes or bigger holes for 2 finger 2 hand no thumb bowling? I just bought a storm summit and its been 2 weeks of tweaking it and learning how to get used to it. I originally got two holes drilled in only with 2 inserts put inside and it felt too small for my fingers. Then I got another 2 inserts put in with more space and that helped me grip the ball better which helped my game for a little then I got worst because my two fingers kept getting stuck inside the inserts. I've always liked gripping the ball on my wrist/lower palm area. Then I got the third hole drilled in yesterday to my ball and now the ball feels amazing with me gripping the ball towards my wrist and lower palm area. And I'm now able to rev and control the ball better. I've always liked lighter balls with bigger holes with smooth edges before buying a ball and only using house balls. The fingers always came out with no pain and no blisters with more hole space, no inserts, and smooth edges. Any tips that you can give me? Or other suggestions?
So I went through phases of bigger finger grips and tight ones. I’ve gotten to the point where I like them fit with a little wiggle room. Not having a lot of space in my fingers gave me a more glove fit. (Preference of course) I also like lighter bowling balls so I stay around weights of 15.2/15.3, just another preference thing. I’ve always been a insert(grip) guy. Never tried conventional. Hope that helps.
This. I appreciate this video so much. Im also a no thumb bowler; where my problems lie is with the layout of my balls, do you have any recommendations to try?
There's a no thumb bowling YT channel out there by a guy named Saul and he really digs into the science of it, including a video on drilling which might be helpful for you in this instance.
so i understand everything about the release except for if i have to twist my hand as if im shaking someones hand or do i just keep it straight and let it roll off my fingertips with no twisting?
So yes, like twisting a door. Just make sure you don’t come on the top on the ball (as if your dribbling a basketball). So as long as your thumb goes from 3 counterclockwise back to 12 then you’ll be good. Hope that helps
Thank you for making this there's not enough content on this style.

Thank you, bruh. I been asking, and it looks like you delivered. I can't wait...
Great video. We need more no thumb content. I’m a no thumb bowler myself. Could you show us techniques on spares for us no thumb bowlers.
Definitely will, got content in the works as we speak. Thanks for the feedback‼️

Question, I was told to keep my elbow bent on the back swing, or should I straighten my elbow and go more straight arm instead like the video? Thx 🙏

@@justbowltv Definitely, heading out in a half hour to practice. Will definitely try it out. Thanks 🙏
I gotta practice the end of my release. Where my bowling had ends up. If it's not directly in front of me, i know i messed up.
Most definitely can use these techniques.

Glad it was helpful! And if I saw you bowl then I could tell you what I think would be best. That’s the only way I could recommend anything.

How far down the lane are your eyes on the approach and release? Are you aiming at one of the first arrows or are you looking further down field?
Normally it’s at the arrows. From time to time, if I feel I need to I’ll look a little closer to the dots
So you the man up there at bowlero in ILLINOIS huh ? 🤔💯, I need to come up there to de-throne that lil bro! -Santana
I'm trying to develop two handed no thumb delivery.

@@justbowltv definitely cleared that up for me lol I appreciate you and the channel!

If your at home do it with a 10 pound weapon or medicine ball
is that a 14 pound ball?
15lbs
For no thumb, do you recommend the finger grips be fitted (snug) or on the looser side (so the ball releases easier)?
