My love for tribe grows with time. Around this time 2 years ago I wasn't picking up what they were putting down. They have became my favorite band quickly as of late. I feel I'll always have a special home in my heart for STS9. Much love from Alabama and Mississipi. Keep those vibes high.
@@BeatAddict808 if it's an infinite process involving both folding and unfolding, then it either it will start unfolding XOR folding infinitely and never reach the other. or if it's doing both sequentially ie fold then unfold then fold then unfold ad infinitum, then effectively nothing will have happened. it's the same thing as saying do x then undo x

@Elliot Strong I mean I've seen them probably 15-20 times and used to love them. They were super hot when Alana first joined but have since fallen off... not even the Wavespell stuff gets me excited. Their jams lack teeth and punctuation. They just kind of build and build then fizzle. Except Wika Chikana. That song fucks. 10/10 would rather see Lotus or the Biscuits
@@JaneDoesMind the funny thing is that I enjoy their music, just not their live shows. I'd rather listen at home or as background music while working or driving than see them live now. It allows me to curate what I'm listening to and skip through TUI songs and other snoozers
You obviously just don't get at all what they are trying to do then. And thats OK. Different strokes. But its not supposed to be normal jam music. Its a collective groove. The subtleties are what make this band. A soundtrack to something you may not understand

As close as one can get to the “old days”, circa early-mid 2000’s where basically most everything was absolute fire. Thanks for this upload.
Another brilliant example of their immense depth.
Only band to nail me right in the feels for a long, long time.
Rock on.
This is some amazing stuff. Grateful to have been in attendance.
This is the tribe I was looking for
💯💯💯
This is what Willis has been talking about all these years Arnold !!!

Sector 9 Is Audio Origami Infinitely Folding & Unfolding
shoulda just kept it at unfolding or folding. if it's doing both then in my imagination it's not really doing that much
@@crittercel I was thinking how it's an infinite creative process that's never over.

Roni Size Jam song 1
Why do they let the keyboardist solo? Can someone send me one good solo from him please?
Michael Teague they’ve never been a band who solos. It’s the collective sound.
i fuck with his solo thing at 45 mins in. shit go hard
Not everyone can comprehend the magic
will j I AGREE!!! It’s good tho , real collaboration!!!!! Long live tribe
Why??? Because he can! Wow people don’t get it !?!?
I've tried and come to the conclusion that Tribe is boring. Even this "improv" just doesn't do it. B4L Sorry if you don't
