It would take the Hulk to get them down from the top of the stack by hand. While a person can roll a full barrel on the edge, one can't fling them to a coworker.
Entertaining and clickbaity, all I can say is necessity is the mother of invention,. Also a lot of these were sped up so it looks like they were really super skilled at what they do.

The swimming pool shell for example. Normally, the hole is dug and a fibreglass shell bought to site. The shell is then lifted off the truck and placed in the hole by a crane. In this video, they have figured out how to use the ground as a mold and developed some kind of polymer compound so the pool shell can be poured on site. That is quite inventive. There were few demonstrations of skilled workers doing old tasks the cheap way. In poorer countries the people have to innovate. The knife sharpener and the pallet wrappers were 'inventive' The guy cutting blocks out of 'soap stone' (?) with a hammer and bolster was a bit iffy.... that is how you use a bolster to cut bricks.. but the material he was cutting seemed pretty soft. Tilers normally use a notched trowel to spread the mortar out to the correct depth...somebody invented a jig with the notches on one side.. that is a lot easier ... The gadget for overhead drilling is one of those simple devices you don't see in construction... and wonder why nobody has come up with that idea before..... probably because you'd spend a lot of time frigging around setting it up on anything other than a flat floor. Using an injection method to lift sunken concrete and foundations has been around for decades... but if you don't work in construction... you might not have seen how it is done..... now you have.
