I would disagree only on the value of difference of opinion. It's ok to have civil discourse, but ultimately agree on what's best for the people you're representing, be it on a local or national level. The fracturing of the GOP into Trumpers and moderates is at least highlighting who is overdue to be replaced. We need moderates on both sides in order to get things done, not staunchly opposed extremists that just dig in and make everything difficult.
There are no longer moderates in the Republican party. They started pushing them out under Bush & Cheney (only accepting good little Bushies, remember?) and Trump wiped them out altogether.
