OK, I had absolutely no idea what Mudra was before this, and now I am so happy to have been opened up to it. I'm going to carry this video on my phone at all times whenever I need calming, I think everyone else could do with that now through this time also 😂 Also, I really appreciate how much effort you put into these videos, they are so visually satisfying, your good work does not go unnoticed! ♥
Yay! So glad to share! There will be loads more mudras, so be on the lookout 😉. And you're so sweet to say those kind words. We could all use a dose of calm on the go for sure. Sending you so much love 🌸
I need to know what the pool swan said.😆 Love the video and love your mission to share inner peace with the world 😊 Sometimes the hardest battles are the ones we have within ourselves, and it's good to know there are healthy ways to handle it. Miss you lots and looking forward to seeing more videos!
The swan was upset I was sitting on him, not very nice of me! Haha. Thank you for sharing your kind words. And so wise! You're right, it's the battles within that can be the most difficult. Let me know what other meditations or yoga videos you want to see! 💛
So glad it might have helped! You are healthy, whole, complete, and loved, just as you are, my lovely Patrick. Thank you for your kind words and love. 🌻⚡💞
Thank you, sweet Jessica! I miss Minnesota as well. Stay strong my love, and thank you again for all your sweet, strong support. Sending you much love and light! 💫🌟
I apologize I didn't see this - yes, absolutely! It's a great way to focus the mind of children on something visceral/tangible else when they feel the anxiety building. You can call it little yoga for the hands, or something fun that helps him associate it with relaxing and focusing back on the breath and coming into the body in the building up to anxious moments. It empowers kids to have something they can do and feel like they have a bit of control over their body in an uncontrollable moment. It's something he can do when an adult might not be there to help, and something else he (and you) can add to the anxiety toolkit of things he does when he feels the anxiety first starts to increase. Let me know if you need more resources for anxiety tips or mudras 💛
Thank you very much sweetie, this was VERY helpful, much appreciation from Australia
YAAASSS!!! There she goes. De-stressing realness!
Haha, you're so sweet! Lemme know what other videos would help 😘
I loved doing this laying down. Felt very calming. Hope to make it a part of my daily routine.
So glad you tried it out! That makes my heart happy. And I love that you made it your own by laying down! Perfect! Keep it up, love. 💛💛💛
