Hey, here is a summary of some FAQs XP-PEN team did for you Xfans.😀
1. For our tablets that support Android devices, you need to make sure that the android version is 6.0 and above and the phone supports OTG function.
2. Make sure that the OTG setting is on.
3. Samsung is an exception: When connected to Samsung phones, The screen doesn't appear the cursor but it does work. In several applications like Medibang paint pro,Artflow,infinite painter, you can turn the cursor option on in the settings to have the cursor appeared.

I'm getting a Huion HS610 soon, and i've been contemplating on how to use it with Flipaclip, thanks for the simple instructions, i'm sure it'll work as well.
Does the Huion stylus work with this app? When I try using it, it just moves the canvas but doesn't let me draw on it. But I might be doing something wrong.

I have a Stylo 4 and this same tablet. it worked like a charm even on the Note+ app that comes with LG. the other apps I used worked as well. and yes. works on windows.

Hi, due to some reason in Samsung's system, tablets of other brands can't match up well with Samsung either and the cursor won't appear on the screen.
But in several applications like Medibang paint pro, Artflow, infinite painter, you can turn the cursor option on in the setting too have the cursor appeared.

Hi,please check if you have done the following preparation?
*Open the OTG mode.
*Rotate the tablet to 90 degrees and keep it vertical.
*Make dure that your phone is not Samsung. The cursor can't be appeared on Samsung phone because of Samsung phone's limited function.
*Solved* Looks pretty cool, but there's no cursor/pointer on my phone when I use it. Also enabling pointer mode in Developer settings doesn't help though. (Ah, I read your comment, no cursor on samsung. I get it.)

Yes you can do that by downloading the settings app for the tablet

To do that you have to go to the Play Store (or any other place you use to download apps) and search XP-Pen Tablet Area and then download the app. This is the app that you need to change it to either landscape or potrait mode.

On this occasion I will tell about the issue I experienced using the XP-PEN Star G640S product, which is when using it on my smartphone. The smartphone that I use is the Samsung Galaxy M20. When I use it on the Samsung Galaxy M20, there is no cursor on the screen, but it can still be used to draw, even though it's difficult. I change the tablet, and use an optical mouse on this M20, and the cursor appear.
I have been tried using it on the other device, like Asus M1 Pro and Fujitsu Arrow nxf04g, and the cursor appeared on the screen just like normal, draw smoothly.
I want to ask, where is the problem coming from? is it from the Samsung galaxy M20 or the XP-PEN Star G640S driver?
I hope if it can be fix on the next update. .

Hello, thanks for your feedback. Yes we confirmed that not all Android devices can support XP-Pen tablet. It doesn't show the cursor if you using some Android phones, it depends on the Android phone itself not because of tablet and driver. Currently it is known that the following Android Phones/Tablets cannot work properly with our tablets:
