Getting your AstraZeneca COVID vaccine at GSH (Monday, Thursdays and Fridays)

Please come to the back of the clinic right before your appointment for the vaccination.
Our staff will greet you, check your details, take your temperature and send you down to see the nurse or doctor when they are ready to vaccinate you.
Please make sure you have photo ID and your medicare card (unless you are an existing patient).
Wear a short sleeve shirt so we can access your left shoulder, and after you’ve had the vaccine we’ll ask you to wait for 15 minutes. Our staff will ensure you have your follow up vaccination booked and help answer any questions you may have.
