Fistula ka treatment puri tarah se uske type position or uski size pe depend krta h...agr uski length kam hai or uski position sphincter k niche hai to surgery is the best option..in other condition u can go for laser or any other technique...u can use vaft technique instead of laser because laser has highest recurrence rate but every technique totally depend on experience of doctor and precaution of patients.
