There are schoos in PH that offers Health Allied track in Senior High where students who took up this particular strand can enrol in the leap Medicine course without the need to take up a four year pre med course.

some med schools have mbbs curriculum for students from countries following mbbs curriculum but if you are american, puerto rican, citizen studying in the philippines you need to follow md curriculum.
In Philippines you have to finish 4 years Sciece course or BS courses before you can proceed to take. medical entrance exam
