Guest bedroom Conversion. Sauna. Gym. Murphy bed.

Why not just build it.
I remodeled the guest bedroom shortly after the lockdown started because if you are going to put the ScottyB in a corner.....it better be a pimped out corner.
1. The guest bedroom was wasted space.
2. Many of the diseases in the human body are caused by inflammation........including the one that leads to me getting my head cut open by some asshole in a white coat.
3. The inflammation is caused by toxins in our diet and emvironment. Soooooo
What better way to remove them than at 180 degrees...15 minutes at a time.
Now we have a wet sauna, gym, and guest bed all in one 12x12 room.

Highly recommend.
The build took me about 8 hours total and you’ll see the whole thing in the time lapses.
Murphy bed from wayfair and if you get one.....get the more expensive one This one is nice but the build was brutal.
This whole project only cost us about $6500 bucks and you can do the install yourself!
