So true, I worked for nearly 15 years, and when I came back from maternity leave I was treated really bad, had to explain why I took breaks (pumping milk for my baby) lots of drama. Then I left and tried to find a job, but hard to do when you have a 6-month-old AND you just found out you are expecting again. I only just went back to a regular job last August, and then in Feb had to leave because it wasn't safe in my job with the CV. It was hard to ask for help when I lost my job, but it was either pay the light bill or get my baby food. We get snap and medical for the kids right now. And Praise Jesus I just got the best work from home job this week. It's part-time, but I can literally hop on the computer, work for an hour, then log off. As long as I am working on my projects, my employer doesn't care when I work. When I get my check, I'm going to contact DHS and turn in my income because I'm not trying to hide money. Things will get better, we have a long term plan. My hubby is working to become an accountant and eventually become a professor. So we're on track to reach our goals. But it's so easy to just lose it. I used to think I would just die, have no reason to live if I lost my job. But you know what, when a door closes, another one opens!

I honestly think it's great that you do show people how to get extra food especially on wic. Most should say thank you especially now. I’ve been high and I’ve been low. We all have to live life, pay bills and take care of our families. My kids complain because I give them a speech about being grateful and humble and I tell them how I use to be so hungry that I couldn’t concentrate in school. I use to sleep in the bath tub because our lights was cut off and it was so damn hot 🥵in Miami. But I was grateful to have a roof over my head and a bathtub to lay in. My kids have it so good but they not spoiled brats because I refuse to raise ungrateful children that turn into ungrateful entitled adults. I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect you’d treat the ceo of a company. Treat people with respect regardless of how someone looks or how much money they have period! Keep doing you. I been molested, raped, kidnapped and held hostage, saw my mom get abused and almost killed, suffered from depression and anxiety, survived an alcohol addiction. By the grace of God I’m still here. I always thought about writing a book but always talked myself out of it because I kind of don’t feel worthy. I feel like there are people who have gone through worst things so it almost feels like who really cares about what little ole me went through 🤷🏻♀️. I will really think about it and if I do I won’t forget that you just suggesting I do it inspired me ❤️

Yes i been wearing my natural for years. So called homegirls and all started talking bout me. And calling me crazy. Smh lol 😆 but all my bills paid and i aint asked nobody for nothing. Same so called friend still owe me 100$ for paying her phone bill.

They even let me and dad get one shooot you know I be eating toooo lol and it does help for sure bc I don’t get my stamps till next month so this deff helps and my kids eat so I’m happy about that and grateful for these people who do this there’s about 10 places you can go to get free lunch and sometimes they even give you chick fil a and exactly I never usually struggle with food but my husbands unemployment didn’t come in and I was let go from my job so we need the free lunches right now and I also went to the food pantry for the first time ever so yes everyone’s situation can change just like that.

We have free lunches here as well but it's on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I haven't been getting it since I started getting PEBT. I know some families don't qualify for PEBT so I stopped getting the lunches. I agree with you on people needing to be proactive with finding food instead of getting mad at others. I have a pantry stocked and will be buying a deep freezer so I can stock it up. I've been on both sides as well. I use to be bothered by people always selling their stamps. FOODSTAMPS ARE TO BUY FOOD!

I appreciate you and your videos. I am a single mom with a 15 year old boy, I live with my aunt who is going through cancer surgeries and my uncle just retired. I help take care of them and my son. It’s not easy. I have been on and off food stamps and health insurance over the years. I work full time and still qualify for help. I did move up into a management position at a hotel and was off everything for almost a year then COVID hit and I got furloughed in March. My work insurance got cancelled and I am back on food stamps and health insurance until I can go back to work. I am not ashamed of it. We all struggle at times and we shouldn’t judge others by just appearances. It goes with the saying don’t judge a book by its cover. We all come from different backgrounds and stories. I just wanted to say Thank you for being you and speaking the truth and being honest how life is. 💗

Although I don’t think negatively towards anyone that needs help! In fact we give more than we keep. I think it would benefit many single moms need to do it for a period of time on their own and here is why. I was in a abusive marriage and we had 6 children and I was dx with MS. My ex told me I would never make it if I left. Well I did, all 6 kids in toe and I did it on my own. No help at all from the state or otherwise. I by the grace of God got a Job at Sprint that gave health insurance for myself and my kids and paid well despite the fact I had not worked in 13 years. I had to sell my pretty yukon and buy a older huydi that was super loud and vibrated. My daughter had to be driven to school 45 mins each way since she went to college prep school (she graduated this year) starts UNM Aug 17th. Doing it on my own without help gave me a confidence I cannot explain knowing I could do it on my own and didn’t need the state or anyone else’s help. So again in saying this it comes from a place of Love not judgement. And I put my money where my mouth is and helped a friend (long story) you are a beautiful soul!!! I might try the school lunch deal, less I gotta make!! God Bless you

I’ve been high and I’ve been low. We all have to live life, pay bills and take care of our families. My kids complain because I give them a speech about being grateful and humble and I tell them how I use to be so hungry that I couldn’t concentrate in school. I use to sleep in the bath tub because our lights was cut off and it was so damn hot 🥵in Miami. But I was grateful to have a roof over my head and a bathtub to lay in. My kids have it so good but they not spoiled brats because I refuse to raise ungrateful children that turn into ungrateful entitled adults. I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect you’d treat the ceo of a company. Treat people with respect regardless of how someone looks or how much money they have period! Keep doing you. I’m happy I came across your page. Keep smiling because you have a beautiful smile you are beautiful on the inside and out just the way God made you! I been molested, raped, kidnapped and held hostage, saw my mom get abused and almost killed, suffered from depression and anxiety, survived an alcohol addiction. By the grace of God I’m still here. I always thought about writing a book but always talked myself out of it because I kind of don’t feel worthy. We have free lunches here as well but it's on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I haven't been getting it since I started getting PEBT. I know some families don't qualify for PEBT so I stopped getting the lunches. I agree with you on people needing to be proactive with finding food instead of getting mad at others. I have a pantry stocked and will be buying a deep freezer so I can stock it up. I've been on both sides as well. I use to be bothered by people always selling their stamps. FOODSTAMPS ARE TO BUY FOOD!

I appreciate you and your videos. I am a single mom with a 15 year old boy, I live with my aunt who is going through cancer surgeries and my uncle just retired. I help take care of them and my son. It’s not easy. I have been on and off food stamps and health insurance over the years. I work full time and still qualify for help. I did move up into a management position at a hotel and was off everything for almost a year then COVID hit and I got furloughed in March. My work insurance got cancelled and I am back on food stamps and health insurance until I can go back to work. I am not ashamed of it. We all struggle at times and we shouldn’t judge others by just appearances. It goes with the saying don’t judge a book by its cover. We all come from different backgrounds and stories. I just wanted to say Thank you for being you and speaking the truth and being honest how life is. 💗

I don’t care about her hair or appearance. I care about the irresponsible recklessness of having multiple children that you can’t afford without government assistance. This is not anything anyone black or white should be glamorizing. How about use her platform to teach young women how to get off the system and use the system to get an education, skill trade or job.
Don't ever change a thing about you except what you want to change. I don't want to watch someone who looks and acts perfect all the time. I want to watch someone I can relate to and learn from. I like that you have your priorities straight. You know what truly matters and what doesn't. Keep on being you!

Although I don’t think negatively towards anyone that needs help! In fact we give more than we keep. I think it would benefit many single moms need to do it for a period of time on their own and here is why. I was in a abusive marriage and we had 6 children and I was dx with MS. My ex told me I would never make it if I left. Well I did, all 6 kids in toe and I did it on my own. No help at all from the state or otherwise. I by the grace of God got a Job at Sprint that gave health insurance for myself and my kids and paid well despite the fact I had not worked in 13 years. I had to sell my pretty yukon and buy a older huydi that was super loud and vibrated. My daughter had to be driven to school 45 mins each way since she went to college prep school (she graduated this year) starts UNM Aug 17th. Doing it on my own without help gave me a confidence I cannot explain knowing I could do it on my own and didn’t need the state or anyone else’s help. So again in saying this it comes from a place of Love not judgement. And I put my money where my mouth is and helped a friend (long story) you are a beautiful soul!!! I might try the school lunch deal, less I gotta make!! God Bless you

Keep your eyes focused on the prize. Do not allow distractions to set you off course. Remain steadfast! My words are for all of us. Peach, I was extremely tired of helping others build their dreams as well. Them getting the promotion, the raise, etc. I took a leap of faith and I will NEVER go back. Tell them Peach! U help alot of people! I lost my husband last year, I work, but I don't qualify for food stamps. I would not have known 2 watch 4 the pandemic food stamps(my sons get reduced lunch at school) if it wasn't 4 Peach I probably would have threw them away thinking it was junk mail!
