Oh wow! I had to stop the vlog 13 mins in. I thought Nadia had everything packed in cubes in Mark's bag. Now she is 2 hours from leaving and there is stuff on the floor. I am so anxious for her. I am going back to watch the rest and see if my nerves can take it x

Oh Nadia!! Good luck! Love the ‘hand luggage’ backpack you have. I trekked for 2 weeks with everything in my talon 22 including a 3 litre water bladder. It was so refreshing not to have extra stuff with me that really weighs you down mentally too xx

I was another one that got quite emotional watching the goodbyes! What these ladies are doing is exceptional! They are making memories while making a difference, may they come back with their souls renewed from the experience. I applaud Nadia for stepping out of her comfort zone and having the courage to take such a huge leap of faith! She's a fantastic woman and role model. Stay safe Nadia, have the time of your life! x
