When I was in the south of France our guides took us caving, which was pretty fun until they pointed us down this hole maybe 3 or 4 feet in diameter and told us to shuffle through it on our bellies. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my shoulders tend to curl in while I sleep which causes a lot of back and neck pain, but hugging Jacob Horse helps set my elbows and shoulders in a good position that I can sleep in more comfortably and I wake up with less pain! now I just need one to set my knees and hips in the right spot lol
